- One of my last trips to riverside I happen to have my GoPro and figured it would be pretty cool to see hopper footage on a gomez asl. Fun to watch as this truck can barely keep up on all the heavy trash because of the shallow hopper.

One of the best hopper videos I’ve seen a while! I really love this video and have probably watched it like 25 times already. Perfect angle to show both the arm and the packer. Can’t believe how heavy Riverside trash is and how practically nobody fully or even partially bags their trash... SMH. Stupid fast arm too, that honestly was the best part 😂 Makes the Pendpac arm seem really good actually. Cool to see so many new EVRI Toters too! Glad R-Side still buys those! Well don’t know if it was just the fact this was a hopper shot or not, but that arm was incredibly fast and entertaining to watch lol. Hands down one of my favorite go pro vids of an asl. Props

Yeah the zr arms are pretty fast, I don't like the roller for the claw control but it's a good arm. The 1 thing I wish they could do was open at the hopper. That way can pick up a box and drop it in.
Loved the coasting in neutral to pack down the hopper especially once the hopper started to snowcone. Exceptional video dude! I'll dislike this in true fashion lmao....

great vid dude, never knew the riverside yard had this! by any chance do u have a full picture of this truck? i think its ACX or a 320 im not too sure. ive always wondered what the hopper of this truck looks like. yes indeed it is shallow. and i recall fontana having 4 of these ASLs with sunbelt arms. thanks for thr great vid man

How exactly do you mount the gopro to the hopper? With a magnet? I've been wanting to do the same thing myself for North Bay trucks. Nice video btw, really cool to see a hopper video with a flying arm like that!

Way Faster that a Mcneilus Zero Radius or Labrie Alleygator and to me seems faster that a Amrep and its probably more reliable than a Amrep because lets face it Amreps are fragile like glass. however this hopper size is absolutely pathetic. really nice video, awesome shot, congrats you earned a new sub today!!!

@@trashmasterlucas. unfortunately that has not been my experience with them. I wanna like them I have grown up around them and I have even considered buying them because I am looking to start my own trash truck company. But with there pathetic arm lift capacity, poor build quality, and useless compactor even the cost of the body doesn't justify me having one because I know its gonna break at some point and I have expectations to meet, customers that rely on me for the disposal of they waste. which is why I am more inclined to buy Bridgeport, New Way, Labrie, McNeilus, or Curbtender.
