In order to be successful, a company must carefully manage all aspects of the supply chain in order to ensure that products are delivered on time and at a competitive price.

This has introduced new challenges into the world of supply chain management, but also new opportunities. By properly managing the supply chain, companies can gain a significant competitive advantage in today's market.
