I can’t really tell what’s wrong with your female turkey but perhaps grinding and adding eggs shells to their feed might help. That’s is if the cause is due to insufficient calcium in the body. Egg formation requires a lot of calcium and if the calcium in the laying turkey is low that can cause paralysis
