Yo, some of these are actually incredible mod ideas. Realistic physics would be a bit of a bitch to work out, but it would be super dope. And the "loot as enemies" idea is brilliant. Like enemies made from/based around weapons and items the player would use. Minishark fish was a beautiful example.
And corrupting the town NPCs to turn them into super tough enemies (maybe even boss fights like with Fargo's) would make for an awesome subversion of the standard.
Terraria Overhaul is already realistic enough, I don't need any more than that
Another good idea would be the corrupted rain,but make it last only a day and rare with a spawn item and exlusive loot or even better making the rain the opposite evil giving the player acces to the other evil content.

To trigger that event, over 60 torches are required to be nearby.
If there are about over 100 torches, you get the Torch God’s Favor, which turns torches into biome torches. (Torches that correspond to the biome)

Also it could just be because killing children is illegal in Terraria. Because if the Angler dies in Terraria, instead of breaking apart into gore like most NPCS, he will instead just disappear and his death message will say he left instead of slain. Interesting detail. Awesome video man, keep it up. Hopefully ReLogic uses some of these ideas in a next "Final Update" or a modder makes it available. Honestly these are some amazing ideas and i wished that they did this for master mode truly.

I for some reason want this as an actual mod, boulder rain, vile rain and destroyer breaking tiles especially.
I'd want a mod where, if the NPCs aren't happy enough with their living conditions (and have witnessed each other die enough times), they will stage an uprising. It would be like the invasion invents, only instead of goblins, Martians, pirates, etc., the mobs that spawn would be your own NPCs turning against you.
