I always liked the way night looked in the old WRC games. So much darker and only having your headlights as source of lighting in places. EA WRC night is too bright.
I didn't experience either of those issues when I played. I do have a pretty fast setup though....so it could be my rig just handles it better. I doubt most folks dump as much cash into their gaming rigs as I do.
Now we hace to wait for patches after a 4 years game development… we pay to have a final product and not a mess… wait for patches means the gane is not finished… and they knew it

Dirt 2.0 actually looks better then this so no excuse not putting it on ps4 to reach more players globally, and vegetation is horrible or lack of it in places. And watch out for small bushes it’s like crashing into Mount Everest
I said that we would miss those from KT Racing Kilotonn and that is what it seems to be, we have already seen how they have ruined F1 so it is not surprising that they do the same with WRC. If it were Codemasters, but EA Sports enters the equation and money is the main thing for them, companies have to make money but do a job worthy of their buyers. Do Dirt and EA WRC cars turn with all four wheels?

However, whatever I say, I am very glad that the WRC license was received by Codemasters because the new EA Sports WRC is, in my opinion, DiRT Rally 2.0 with much better stages and many new features. When it comes to comparison, the sounds of the vehicles in the EA game are definitely better, as well as the graphics, I will not comment on the physics because I think that everyone may have different feelings on this topic.

It's a runaway, EA WRC actually has excellent sound design and feels more lively by comparison. Both are great games, but I have to say, for its debut? Agree on everything except for the cams. In WRCG you can adjust seating position and FOV for every cams, while in EA WRC you can only change FOV for driver cam and nothing else.
EA WRC , got same issue as every Dirt game, you can do 360 endless just holding the steering wheel and keep pushing the gas, they said it has been correct for this game, kinda sad. From other perspective, the game look really cool for me same as Dirt Rally 2.0 i just must ignore this cheat on the physic they use since the beginning of the series, i don't care about graphic if game is good... WRC Generations is a more authentic physic, but too many bugs and unsolved physic issues since WRC 5, awful sound, but for some reason more authentic feeling of driving something real ( at least the feeling of the weight is more realistic than EA WRC ) ... I like both of them, none of them can be compared with RBR.
In actual rally cars, they can do donut like EA WRC. There is not many videos but you can check in 2022 Seb Loeb M-sport event, 2021 Monza Kalle Rovanpera, 2019 RACC Takamoto Katsuta, 2017 GB Seb Ogier or even 95 RAC Colin Mcrae donuts. Because they have high torque setup for LSD. So actually KT WRC cars feels like they don't have LSD or fully opened which is shame for as Rally cars. Others agree. :)

Dirt 2.0 >>> WRC EA Sports. Everything beside tarmac gameplay is better done in Dirt 2.0. Unfortunately generic engine makes game looks worse and play worse. The same happen to EA Sports game when they switch engine. The last nice Fifa was Fifa 08/10.

Mine runs without issue and I have a mid-spec setup (Radeon 6700XT). 1/10 stages I'd encounter stuttering though
