I have just started to watch your series to check it out.. I'll give it 5 episodes and see what I'm in for haha. I've watched two other people and their shelf organising and placement / space managing messes with my OCD so i skipped further to the end and it just gets worse. I cannot play this myself so trying to find the right series to cure boredom 😢
They can't create aisles properly... the storage when unlocked was rushed and lazy they spammed all the items at checkout and expanded unnecessarily. I'm praying this series does it right 🙏
These episodes are longer too so maybe tonight I'll see

This is now a very popular game. I played the demo then bought the Early Access as it was on sale like 5 days ago. I have been grinding to get to level 42 as I put a liquor store in 1 part of my store lol. At Lvl 42 there's more alcohol items to stock up on once you buy the expensive license. Thx for making your videos on this new game. Here's hoping the 1 man dev doesn't abandon it.

31:32 Depends where you are. If the eggs aren't too clean, they can go on the shelf. Here in the west, the eggs get cleaned too much during processing and there's open pores in the shells for bacteria to get in. So here, we can't put eggs on the shelves.
I didn't know that was why we kept them in the fridge, thanks for that bit of info.

You are so much more polite than the average checkout worker XD, I'd know, I work at Tesco (shetland branch) and at least half the people I work with don't say much to the customers, sometimes not even a "how's it going?"
42:00 Bloody hell, i felt that shudder myself. Used to cashier for a few different supermarkets here in germany and god, the bloody "per item" priced produce... oranges were 105584 in the one i was at the longest. was heaven when we upgraded to proper touchscreen tills with a modernized system that you could go through categories and so on instead of those bloody barcodes xD Honestly tho, now that i sit at home all day due to medical reasons, i kinda miss it, even with all the crazies that'd talk your ear off at times.

the devs have been watching but if they don't get to your video at least Kanz mentioned having the number pad work so they may do it. pretty sure I saw them in his stream yesterday. You can blame Kanz and the rest of us Americans for the eggs going in the fridge sorry lol. seems like all indie devs pander to us they use our money and our mail boxes lol. at least you get KPH lol.

You can use the # pad for the credit/debit card transactions

Hi Jolly , Looking forward to seeing your store grow, always love your commentary🙃 When you use the card machine and only press the amount as a single number {lets say 8} and don't add the decimal are you only getting 8 pennies or 8 dollars...? if you look at your register it looks like without adding decimal your getting 8cent not 8 dollars for your produce....I think your losing $$$

@@MrJollyRogerIt does have the potential to be like Kebab Chef Simulator, but the asset style falls in the realm of Car Dealer Simulator. Still fun watching your gameplay though. I think if the game had more variables and NPCs - it might change it up a bit?

Played thru 6 Store expansions, with 2 cashiers...It was all should a GRIND everyday.Think I will prefer to keep it Smaller.

Hello Heidi, I'm so sorry to hear that. Running stuff like Google Chrome takes up so many resources, so often having just the game running helps, especially after a restart. Also, Ram is often easy (and fairly cheap) to upgrade in laptops, so it might be worth finding out what ram you have now, then googling what Ram your laptop can handle. I hope that helps a bit.
Dropping resolution is probably the second easiest option after closing other programs. My game lagged when I used the lights, just remembered.
