I have a question if anyone is out there and has an answer for me. At what point do you know that you are 💯 percent sure you are getting a house ??? I'm in the program and I have been accepted from the committee and I have as of right now 14 hours in, but I'm sick to my stomach all of the time waiting for the ball to drop. Also roughly how long did it take you to see your house built ??
Yes but Habitat has first dibs. That means when you want to sell whenever that maybe they have the right to buy it from you first at a “Fair Market value”
My mortgage is $455.00 and I have a three bedroom two full bathrooms and I sleep in every room because I got the house after my four daughters were grown and gone so the house is all mine

After some research, from what I understand after 10 yrs of ownership
