Mentoring Program July 9, 2024 Embracing Technology in a Trade/Retail Business

If you missed our meeting, Tuesday July 9, 2024, or want to rewatch and/or share with someone in your office, watch our guest speaker Shannon Good from FutureNow Marketing lead a panel of all participating Women Mentoring Program participants on the topic of Technology used in the hearth industry in the following categories:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Inventoy
- Financial
- Marketing/Communications
The list of technology used in the featured categories were suggested by current hearth dealers and manufacturers prior to the call via email to Amie Ryan from NFI (National Fireplace Institute). Then as we discussed the various categories, participants on the call shared their experience with some of the specific technology software and programs. The goal was to share with other women in the industry what is working (or not working) for their companies for efficiency, time and cost savings, as well as the day to day experience with other employees in their companies.
