Really enjoyed this video. Very sad to see the chapel in the middle. Worked on it over 40 years ago as a painter’s apprentice with Ken Weaver from Weston Coyney.
Seems to be a theme in Stoke on Trent. I don't come back as I'd rather remember it as it was, and it was getting a bit rough looking the last time I lived there ☹️

The boarded up chapel is a disgrace. Beautiful building left to rot by Stoke Council, refurbishment needed urgently. Great video, by the way.

I used to walk through there on way to school at Edensor. There were 2 grave diggers that wore bowler hats. Very funny dudes
