most probably the current meter need to be calibrated in bms if its a high ampere bms 100+ amp then the low amps current like 5amp or lower will not be read correctly and will show error in total calculation because high current bms by default means its meant to draw more power other wise people will buy low current bms

    Thanks for the great video.
Very helpful in isolating my battery issues.

Good information and well explained, don't really get the need for the drop frame filming (think I've developed a tick) but useful info.

    Is it a Daly ?
Mine resets to 100% when it sees an OVP then by the next day it says 71% as the voltage settles, so the coulumb counter isn't working and it's defaulted to voltage to calculate charge percentage ?

I'm experiencing problems. Iv 2 120 ah batteries in parallel the shunt is telling me one thing testing the individual batteries is telling me another. Voltage after charging is stable for a while. After several hours Voltage is dropping , 11.5 . I put the battery on it side the Voltage returned to 13.7 . Next job is to crack the top of the battery. Hopefully something is loose. Another great video.

I could only draw 54.2 ah out of a 100ah battery.Negative cable would get hot pulling 800 watts. My Victron shunt doesn’t calculate re-charge power only consumed.

You haven't by passed the shunt with your solar have you 🤔 I see that a lot, everything goes through the shunt but people run the solar straight to the battery?
