Participants: Lauren Mwonga, David Mwonga, Tim Sheppard
While there is no right or wrong way to put a set list together for a worship service, it does take intention, surrender, and skill. Join in the conversation with three of our worship pastors as they discuss their individual approaches to building a set list that will set an atmosphere for intimate worship.

The wineskin analogy from Matthew 9 involves Jesus, in reality, telling the disciples then, that His NEW teachings were profoundly separate from the old law (Old Testament), that is, His Christian teachings were NOT an addition, so to speak, to the old Jewish laws, but were new and exciting spiritually, as they are today (e.g. the fruit of the Spirit, Gal 5)!! It's really got nothing to do with selections of music! That said, I didn't hear anything about worshiping God in Spirit and in Truth, as Jesus tell us in John 4:21-24, which MUST occur! I did hear a lot about "feelings" and "emotions"; but that has absolutely nothing to do with worshiping God, based on the absolute truth that comes from His Holy Bible. Point being, it matters how we worship God, and a so-called church which says they "believe" should of course include in their worship...the LORD"S SUPPER! To accept the benefits of Christ's kingdom, but not include the necessary obligations, which in this case, was established by Christ Himself prior to His death, is absolutely negating the whole purpose of the worship assembly, as we clearly see in Acts 20:7. If our life purpose is loving Christ by obeying (i.e. John 14:15), then where is the LORD'S SUPPER in their worship?
