A boring individual, nothing flashy, an easily forgettable face; but deep down very lethal and cunning. I highly recommend reading John le Carré's series, and Gary Oldman and Sir Alec Guinness' portrayals.

Basically what and how ambassadors can gather intel about the country is basically live, see and experience it. Find vital targets and gather intel of them from comfort of their blue license plate cars which basically has legal immunity in country they are in. In theory local police cannot stop them or prosecute any diplomat's car with lisence plate.
Then there are diplomatic meetings with leaders of the country they are in. What is the best please to get intel that from the leaders them self who can slip up some info or give them freely with in influence of (for ex.) alcohol.
Of course there are other methods like bribing they use, but it is the same reason you do not hear about it as it it does not sound good and can hurt diplomatic relations.

The Americans is a great show about actual spyware instead of the flashy explosions in James Bond

Enjoyed this a lot. I haven't seen any of your new videos so I dont know your improvements, but it's quite hard to keep up with your pace of talking on some of these concepts. It would help me if you highlighted important words and concepts, while you talk, with clarity and tone as well as slow the speed of conversation so I can properly metabolize what is being said. Keep up the good work, Ill be bach for more. I'm fucking addicted.
