A piece of advice to the five people who are gonna see this. If you want to do something but never get around to it then start by doing it in five minute intervals and then increase the amount of time from there. Whether you want to get into running, studying for a test, or even learning a new skill. Let it become a habit then increase the load from there.
Also some people pick up stuff by exploiting their own confirmation bias. Pick something you want to get good at. Then fill your head with it. Get to the point where you can visualize it. Then move to a 5 minute run if it's particularly hard for you to want to do it.

Certain chatters saying bad/mid advice for QT's is mind boggling. No idea what kind of person you have to be to be saying bad advice to spending at least 30 minutes w your significant other each day. Like that's barely any time at all -- kind of a minimum for a functioning relationship.
(Some people said bad bc they thought should be more than 30 but it's clear she meant at least that much time, not exactly.)

It really depends on the person and how long they have been together, some people like some alone time or would rather spend bigger lumps of time together with more downtime in-between.

@@lawtamim I drink soda so i wouldnt know, but probably some chemicals in soda that affect those things is my guess but idk. Good question though, I'm sure there's science behind it that someone will write a paragraph to explain here but again, idk.
@@lawtamimI think the general increase in mood and happiness experienced isn't directly from the lack of soda, but likely due to the fact that you're no longer crushing your body and body's systems with sugar and additives.
There's a bunch of reasons why you might feel better, and it all depends on how bad you've fucked yourself with sodies before stopping.
Make the change for the better, I believe in you!

Edit: As a kid born in 2009 that was only raised with a Wii, I haven't personally played Oceraina of Time but I love the music, ESPECIALLY the theme! (take *only* lightly because many people don't get to experience that kinda stuff, love everyone.)
Wear sunscreen and reapply it 3 times a day every 4 hours or so. If you sweat significantly for some reason, it needs reapplying.
