@@monkle.7730 i found a forum that took 3 days straight and downloaded 3 different things 1 was an encoder and one recomended re installing all my graphics drivers.
same for me. I have literally done all of the above steps by TroubleChute video explained nicely. But still failed Is it because i have windows 10 Enterprise and it sucks the Capcom cant come with a FIX ! for this shit!

Did you not pay attention? The feature pack is downloaded on the microsoft website. He literally said he would put the link in the description....

Yes for you. Some of us can't get the game to launch because of this. Not everyone has the exact same issue as you.
