    Made the same here in Dominican republic but before connecting with the old tube system of the house I made a desinfection with hydrogen peroxide of the old tubes.. Good work and thanks for the video. You can filter the water 100 times but using the old tubes again of the house connection you have the same bad water . It is no critic . Only a hint for the future constructors of this great idea

    Many thanks for this wonderfull educational episode. I have thu some questions: 1) Was it better to grind the coal to powder to increase its surface area and thus to make it more powerfull to treat possible biological bacteria? 2) My second question is what is rate of potable water production from your wonderfull treatment unit model? Thank you again for your effort.

    • @HolicCreation
      @HolicCreation  11 днів тому +1

      Thank you very much for your great question
      1. For the type of coal in the video, do not grind it into powder because it will dissolve in water. For better results, use activated carbon
      2, After returning to the tank, the water can finally be used, but for better results, use a black tank to avoid algae and absorb UV to increase bactericidal ability. And ensure the best at 100%: boil the water.
      Wishing you all good things.

    Como han dicho antes, los depósitos y las tuberías de plástico no son materiales adecuados, ese tipo de tubería es para desagües, de hecho el PVC es bastante tóxico, no deberías beber ese agua, mejor utiliza depósitos de acero inoxidable y tuberías adecuadas para el consumo. En cualquier caso realiza análisis frecuentes, de momento debes seguir comprando agua para beber.

    Привет! За креатив лайк! Но скажи в 4 изделии зачем в фильтрации байпасная линия? Мне кажется это перерасход материала, я бы сделал просто змеевиком. Зачем пускать воду мимо фильтра? 🤔🧐и в первой системе фильтрации, почему ты не положил блоки на раствор? И твой насос не оборудован автоматикой, перед тем как открыть кран его надо включить вручную?

    • @HolicCreation
      @HolicCreation  24 дні тому

      Здравствуй, друг ! В 4-м продукте, когда мы начнем процесс фильтрации, я открою красные клапаны и закрою белые клапаны. Вода будет фильтроваться из резервуара в фильтр. Через некоторое время я открою белый клапан и закрою красный, одновременно открою металлический клапан между 2-мя фильтрами и вода вытечет, унося с собой грязь.Да, на данный момент мой насос не оснащен автоматикой, и его нужно включать вручную перед использованием. Это может быть временным ограничением или частью дизайна, которое можно улучшить в будущем для повышения удобства использования.

      Thank you for watching ! A filter should be cleaned every 6 months to 1 year. You can replace it or simply clean it by reversing the water flow.

    I find that the grids for retaining leaves and other organic waste on the roof are too rudimentary. A stainless steel grid should be installed at the entrance to the downpipe, to retain the smallest organic deposits, or even large insects, rodent corpses or even small birds that could block the pipes. I wonder about the need for large particle sizes for filtration. What is the point? Given the fluidity of the water, it passes through too easily without much effect. I would have rather seen increasingly fine particle sizes of different sands (as seen in treatment plants, such as the one I visited as a civil engineering technician). The same goes for your pieces of coal scattered in large blocks (the water that unfortunately passes next to the blocks will not be filtered, and has little chance of being filtered properly, even in a closed circuit). And finally, for maintenance (replacing sand, clay, carbon) wouldn't it have been better to have a diameter of 6" to 8" and in transparent section, to see the state of degradation of the contents of the filter? Or even manufacture it in different interchangeable cartridges? So be careful because in the actual configuration, it seems to be that your system not properly filter the water. But bravo for this video which opens up perspectives...

      Thank you for your thorough and insightful feedback! You raise excellent points about improving the filtration system. Using a stainless steel grid and incorporating finer particle sizes for filtration are great suggestions. The idea of using interchangeable cartridges and transparent sections for easier maintenance and monitoring is also very practical. I appreciate your professional perspective and will consider these improvements for future projects. Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for contributing to the discussion!

    Clean water is like 2euros/m³ maybe I keep buying

      Of course. If you can still buy clean water easily, you should buy it. My solution in this video is for places where clean water is not available or where water is scarce, or where their water is abundant but not clean enough to use. If you live in a place where clean water is abundant, that's great. Cheers to you and your health.

    Cómo se lavan los lechos filtrantes?

      Para lavar los lechos filtrantes, puedes seguir estos pasos:
      Retira los filtros del sistema.
      Límpialos con agua a presión para eliminar los residuos grandes.
      Sumérgelos en una solución de agua y vinagre durante unas horas para desinfectar.
      Enjuaga bien con agua limpia antes de volver a instalarlos.
