Ingredients
Batter
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup corn oil
Rind of 1 orange
80 ml orange juice
3/4 cup cake flour
1 and 1/2 tbsp cocao powder
1 and 1/2 tbsp corn starch
Meringue
4 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C
for 40 to 45 minutes
Tubepan Size 20cm
