I think the thing that surprised me the most was seeing Marina at 7:00!! I've followed her on Twitter for the past two years, and she's easily one of my biggest design engineer inspirations, since I'm a motion designer, who one day, wants to also offer unity development as a service.
Amazing work from the @honeypot team 🤩 I look much cooler than I am! And everyone should definitely give Barcelona a try! It’s a stunning city you won’t regret it
Nice to see how BCN is evolving into startup scene and really happy to meet people like Berta. IMHO, we need more women in IT sector and coding in particular. This is the sort of video that should be watched by kids to see that you can make it, no matter gender or professional career changes made along the path, just try to find your way. I hope more WWCode communities will be created in coming future. Cheers from a spaniard coding boy in Helsinki.
For someone who would struggle to order a coffee in Spanish, how much Spanish would you need before you could consider a move to a developer job in Barcelona?
There are a lot of companies in Barcelona that work fully in English actually! Especially in the engineering and tech teams - of course there are still smaller, local companies that speak only Spanish but most big tech companies have English as their working language. The city has gotten really international! You can check honeypot.io if you’re looking for a job in Barcelona. 🤗
@Honeypot when your react video is coming ??? btw i appreciate the team efforts that you guys bring to this platform. tbh it motivates me and your videos always changed my perspective. Thankyou Honeypot for this.
I love these series, gives me joy and hope when I'm feeling low, thanks again

Do a documentary on a basement coder 😂 ie, those that codes in the basement, runs linux (optionally Arch Linux) and eat, sleep, code literally.
Do you volunteer? 😏
