Badassness ! I can't wait for the baby weaterns otw . The suppliers monocled cobra is either knocked up or being knocked up as I'm posting. So excited to be handling venemous again .
Haha.... “Hope I didn’t wake up my daughter....” Never mind the flailing king cobra 🐍 on the end of your Hook..... Lmao Hey hi Summer...!! Great video Giys.... ✌🏼🌞

Ok, so still working on my taxonomy, we had: (I got my notepad with me this time so watch out!) Ophiophagus hannah Crotalus adamanteus T. (danggit, I forget the rest of the word) subannulatus Atheris ceratophora (ok, you helped with that one lol) SO good to see everyone all healthy and strong and gorgeous!!! Turned a craptacular day into a better one, so much obliged for that. Anubis is getting so big! Thrilled that he took that python down. Well done!
@@wernerpoeschl0510 After giving up on wracking my brain and googling the name, yes, that is the one. The point of my little self-test was to name them without looking anything up, and I just blanked out on Tropidolaemus. But I'm getting slightly better at it with time and repetition. Thanks!
@Petty Officer John 117 Master Chief Is that the full taxonomical ladder? And subspecies would come next if applicable? Taxonomy has always been my weak spot, which is why I'm giving it another go now that I've got some new teachers. I'll screenshot this and jot it in my notepad later. Thanks very much!
@@lonewolf2123 That's a good idea to start learning all the scientific names of the snakes. When I started with the hobby of keeping snakes at the very young age of 6 years old (and that's 55 years ago) all I've learnt were the common names, of course. While I grew older I learnt that each and every country and beside that also each and every region (even in my home country which is Germany) has different common names. That's when I started to concentrate on the scientific names. These names are international and each and everyone who is interested in snakes (or animals in general) will know what you're talking about. The only bad thing is that sometimes the taxonomy changes. I'm still stuck to some of the names that were used 20 years ago because that was the time when I had to stop my hobby of keeping and also breeding snakes due to serious health issues. However, I try my best to learn the new taxonomy even though sometimes I fail or my memory fools me.
@@wernerpoeschl0510 You make a great point about common names. I had NO idea that a Canebrake Rattler was the same animal as the Timber Rattler. And speaking to the changes in taxonomy, I came across something that has me wondering "why?". Both the Bush Eyelash Viper and the Bush Horned Viper are A. ceratophora, but why? They are different animals but have the same taxonomical name and I can't figure out the why of it. I asked Will's sis Suzi (who is just lovely, btw) about it and she did answer, but Instagram ate both my question and her answer before I could read it! So I'm going to talk to her more about it if she has the time. I'm so sorry that your health issues knocked you out of your hobby and I wish you better health and strength.
Same, not really a fan of Brian's channel. There's just something about him that makes me think he's a shady person. But, I will watch when Will is a guest.
@Petty Officer John 117 Master Chief he has actually been researching the sloth for years. He has been very open about the process, and I feel like he's done an excellent job making sure he was equipped for the sloth. The room just got finished, and he is picking up the sloth now. The sloth has Lori won over, too :)
Krados is doing amazing! Wow, you’ve been working a lot with him. The female Temple really does look gravid but I don’t know what I’m looking at so……yeah. Lmao! I haven’t watched any of Brian’s podcasts yet but this weekend will be my first. Looking forward to it. I’m absolutely amazed that any of those Eyelashes made it. Will. I don’t have beautiful vipers like yourself to set up but you did inspire me to make my own vivarium for my huge albino Pac-Man frog since I can’t do it to my ball pythons in a rack system, thanks for the inspiration bro!

I don’t need help?
Hey it was just a suggestion beings in the show it sounded like you said you might need it.
Does the constant smell of that burm above Anubis affect him in any way?

How long do you work with a breed like rattlesnake before you feel comfortable and confident they aren't fearful and looking to bite
Iv worked with them nonstop for the past 10 years now

Yo Will YOUR COBRA IS WAY WAY BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT... damn bro that’s a healthy looking snake .. for some reason I thought it was way smaller
Will’s so tall, the snake doesn’t look as big...lol
Suzi Davis is that English?
@@1adamcarosella 🤣😅🤣🤣 fixed it.
Wow I can barely watch
Do care to share why you decided to take an animal out of the wild instead of buying a captive bread animal? I'm just curious.
He didn’t take it out of the wild. An exporter did. And if he didn’t buy it, it would be dead. Because it was in terrible shape when we got him.
Brian’s channel is nothing but clickbait and advertising his snakes that he sells.. good luck. Otherwise I love your content...
