Syed Ahmed Shaheed was born in 1786 in Bareli India ,Started his journey to NWFP currently Pakistan in 17th January ,1826 . Shah Ismail Shaheed along with other companions were martyred on Friday 6th May ,1831 at Sarsh Dheri ( Khanda ) in Balakot Town , while doing Jihad for 5 years and 5 months. The mausoleum of Shah Ismail Shaheed and Syed Ahmed Brelvi Shaheed is in Bala Kot ۔A grand mosque called Jama Syed Ahmed Shaheed Masjid at the confluence of Kunhnar River at Tehsil Balakot District Mansehra KPK Pakistan is named after him and his shrine is right next to the mosque in the middle of the bazaar where devotees come and pray. His great sacrifice will be remembered in history with golden letters.
Shah Ismail Shaheed is the grandson of Shah Waliullah, may God bless him and grant him peace. He was by his side along with his mentor and mentor on this journey and was martyred along with them in this battle of right and wrong.
