Good morning Clay. Sorry mate I was out of signal range. Those black mushrooms show up on Google as being edible. BUT do your own research. The site I was on recommended giving them a fresh water rinse first. If you're not hungry, dry them for about 48 hours. This increases the flavour. Then deal to them. Change of subject. Heading back to Canterbury from Murchison the other day, and noticed fresh rooting on the roadside about 2-3ks south of Springs Junction village. Never noticed it before. Probably worth it to let the dogs have a poke in there. If you're allowed to go there. Thanks again for the upload mate. Atb from somewhere in Canterbury.

Great video. Picked 3# of snow peas yesterday and some collards. If you can find them give Oregon sugar pod 2 a try best snow pea i have grown. Yates collard is best collard so far. I use to keep hounds for bear,i like to have seen Pace after a bear in these mtns.

Wifey says the black shroom is hygrosybe conica (starts out fluoro yellow then turns black.... And she mentioned ur Russian kale is nice when you roast it with cauliflower, then eat with a yoghurt/cumin/garlic sauce if you havnt tried it that way 👍

Fair play for creating a self-sustaining haven mate. Its what we should all be doing but theres just too many people in the world.
Self sustaining has nothing to do with population size, once you start growing a your own food you will realize scarcity of food is a myth but the scarcity of people producing food is real.

Dear Mr. Clay; wow you are talking about having blisters on your lip. Honey 🍯 I too have those annoying blisters. I had to go to work my mouth 👄 swollen so bad, I could see my bottom lip. Just used a anti virus medicine 5,000 milagrams a day. I put bands that was so embarrassing. People were very cruel to me. I was working at General Motors in 1977. I was not welcomed by the men until they got to kinda got to know me. Skilled Trades saved my ass so many times. I was a nervous, I caught a virus and had to work. I had to work 90 days and be on time while I was being trained making parts for 4.3 engines and the big ones 18 wheelers. Folks I had no idea what I was doing. I would walk the line, I was trying to figure out what the top of the engine and what the bottom was. Haha. I would call my hubby at break time and ask him the dumbest things. Inside the plant I had a fella. Hold on. I just heard some thing outside. Ok I am back. It’s necessary to make everything is protected. False alarm. That’s a good thing. My screen won’t scroll. Anyway this older man showed me the job and I asked him if I could ask him questions; and they are probably really dumb. A very patient man. Finally he said Dam. Jude you got me talking to my self. Then he would laugh. Looking back they were very dumb and a few stupid questions to boot. Listen 🎧 hear just man, you better slow down a bit. We don’t want anything to happen to you. Brain freeze 🥶 again. Ohhhhh yeah, I had to work being sick and that Virus 🦠 went into my blood and I I suffered from breast cancer and working for my kids and husband. He was injured; a young lady T-boned him while he was on his motorcycle. It was bad. So it was important for me to work. Ohhhhh shit I am rambling on again. Bad day here. By the way it’s midnight here June 7,2023 and I am exhausted❤. ❤weré
I worked for GM years ago. I got the blisters from sun and wind while kayak fishing. That virus you are talking about is nasty and very common.

Sorry. I need help with this computer stuff. Hope you recurved my message. I first was very sick in 1969. I had blisters so bad I went to the doctor and he popped everyone. It burned so bad I yelled blow admit and he did then he put alcohol on it and man he lint me up. I was crying and jumping up and down. It was terrible. We didn’t know what it was. Years later we found out it was herpes. There I have said it and the whole world 🌍 knows now that. I have only been with my husband, people when they look 👀 at me and say nasty things to me, well let’s just say it’s hurtful. I had some so bad l wouldn’t go out of the house. Yeah in 2000 I got a letter from GM that I could go back to work. I have been legally disabled since 1989. That’s another story. Certainly isn’t as interesting as yours. Enough of that. You know I live thru you and your videos, with your family and friends. I can’t hardly get around, but I just pray a lot and keep going forward. I have already made sixteen biscuits and a Devil’s food cake. That’s amazing for me. My back is hurting so bad I cry alone and pray to keep going. I just wanted to cook, clean,shop, and take descent care of us at home until we die. Saturday isn’t husband’s birthday that’s why I made the cake. Nothing special. Roger will only hear from our youngest daughter. Her sister hasn’t been in touch with us in many years. Speaking of backs, I have seven boulging disks in my back and neck. Two are inverts and the other’s are not. Never mind I am yachting to much. Well I am going to watch the video again. Margaret seems like a beautiful person. She is so clean and her canning is sweet.
