I just beat the main campaign this morning. So I'm on the hunt for some new archetypes and I'll be doing a video on it once I've had my fill. I enjoy it a lot too.
An alt parking spot you missed is Draconis Mons Searing Ascent JP. The other spots are limited to 1x per account. The Searing Ascent is limited 1x per character. Very worth to park multiple toons at the JP if you have many alts
Tip for the "Heart/Veterans/Combo" Daily: In Thunderhead peaks, History's End Waypoint, killing Veteran worms is part of the heart. Killing 5 will give you the daily, is enough to complete the heart and you have enough time to make the combo finishers. It's literally all dailies in less than 5 minutes 😉
I'm coming back to the game after a while, so including a general map overview or a waypoint link in future similar videos would be appreciated. Idk where half of these places are xD
Completing X Champions is easily completed with certain PoF Legendary bosses that spawn Champion level healing walking ball things that constantly spawn and walk towards the boss. You can delay killing the boss until you have enough for your task, then proceed to kill the boss. Completing X Veterans is easily completed by entering Level 4 Fractal Urban Battleground, at the entrance, go towards the right-hand side fence, there will be npc archers attacking constantly spawning veteran enemies. These enemies have extremely low hp and are 1-shottable. Bring quickness and a ranged character and easily complete your task.
10 champs can also be done in mistlock sanctuary. There is a tutorial area, where you can spawn a champ enemy, which does not fight back. it has quite a high number of hp, so the fractal might even be faster, but it can be done reliable solo
6:40 weekly defeat void enemies is paired with sons of svanir and those spawn very fast in Frostgorge Sound near [Coiled Watch]. There are 3 that spawn next to each other. Except when nearby chain event is happenning, usually over within 10 minutes. Though that dungeon in eod is great tip, forgot about it.
Gah, w t f is with the negativity and hostility. This is a game kids. If you don't enjoy a game don't play it and seriously don't troll a content creator who shows enough creativity to make content with a knowledgeable and unique take on a way to play the game. Sub and like to you my man. Well done.
More often than not, one of the meta event weekly can also be completed by doing Group events anywhere. I think this is true for all PoF metas, if they are weekly. With that the other meta train, which is on weekly, might fulfill almost all weekly. 6/8 is also sufficient to get the big weekly chest. Hence I usually ignore the kill 100 weekly.
Yep, thats essentially the true low intensity playing of gw2 Just a chilled routine that is done in approx 10min/day and progresses the account just fine Just a few advices from my side... - dont buy the ancient summoning stone for imperial favor or you will struggle for the minimum of 2,5k favor you need for a gen3 leggy You cant keep that up for weeks with low intensity gaming But get the others of course! Those are definitely sustainable for weeks on end - jade runestones have several guaranteed chests. Always good to park alts there (if one has enough 😆 ) - in lowland shore are 2 more jumping puzzles for guaranteed mursaat runestones which can be cheesed extremely easily with the jade bot gliding booster - dont buy clover for fractal or strikes currencies if possible The best bang for your buck is the 10 mystic coins for strikes shards but the clovers will deplete your supply very fast if you dont play a lot - the best supplier of clover is the raid one with magnetic shards (i know not many people do raids but that my change with wing 8 & people should be aware of it 😊 )
man it has been months since i logged into gw2, I think I played it last in april. Missed many wizard vault things by this time but I haven't gotten that urge to play gw2 yet even though there's a new expansion out and all that. I think the biggest problem with a horizontal progression system (or is it vertical?) is that when you get every slot decked out with legendary, there is nothing more really to do. Sure you can endlessly farm and get skins, play wvw and so on but it doesn't "build" the character anymore. All alts at 100% world completion, all bag slots unlocked on each class. I feel like I'm done with the game, however it is a fantastic game and I'd recommend others to play it :P this has taken me many years to achieve hehe
Doing weeklies and dailies with PvP is way faster and the dailiy and weekly tasks overlap, it takes one match to complete dailies (10 min) and usually only a couple matches to complete the whole weekly (I've completed it within 3-4 matches pretty often). This is one of the fastest ways to complete them and you don't need to park a char for it anywhere, you don't even need to be good at PvP really. This is how I get my weeklies/dailies done personally and I never wanna go back to PvE weeklies (even the dailies were annoying to complete sometimes).
Im so bad with alts, like I do dragonstorm almost everyday. DO daily fractal, strikes quite often but I barely log in to my alts even though I only need to just open the chests. idk why lol
Gunfire Games knocked it out of the park with both Remnant games. Dailies in any form are a retention scam. Sunk cost chains that tether you to something you weren't enjoying in the first place. Not logging in to complete dailies makes it a lot easier to quit. Hope everyone is having a good Monday!
If u wanna quit the game, guess what. Just quit the game and stop being a victim to cheesy player retention strategies by anet and many other mmo companies.
Honestly a horrible take Other games have cheesy predatory fomo retention strategies. You can literally quit gw2 and you’re not behind. You can log in for 10 minutes and make tons of progress. The game respects your time. So many games require you to grind for hours or p2w just to *keep up* with everyone. The key thing being you actually have an option to give anywhere 5-60 minutes that’s a massive return, but otherwise you do not lose out on anything. The new wizards vault makes this even better. My exotic gear I got from 2013 is still viable. My legendary from 2013 is still BiS. Even the currency I have from game launch is useable and has real uses Korean MMOs have real predatory fomo cheesy retention strategies where you can literally pay to make up for missed logins.
@@mapleloot "You can literally quit GW2 and you're not behind" We missed the tipping point we hit with the relic system, didn't we? They took your 6th rune bonus and are now essentially selling it back to you expansion by expansion. There's a reason SOTO is so hated by many veterans of GW2. This is not the same company it was a decade ago. Not even 5 years ago, actually.
@@synapse913 That's not a strong argument to say people actively losing value by not playing. It was a one time system change that had an impact and it affected everyone. Being behind means losing value or progress every day of not playing. Things like increasing level cap, power creeping equipment, skewed gold generation, limited drops, etc. Progress being "undone" or minimized is hard to come by in GW, whereas other games actively punish you for not playing and monetize that. You can quit for years and just pick up from where you left off. GW actually gives you ways to speed up progress ex. legendary starter, beginner skyscale, raptor, etc
Man, that has to be the best narrated video you have done so far, good job on refining your stuff!
Thanks! I'm trying to get better every time!
I love how ur videos r always out of the box, u give advices on details that r not explained by others
Hey you actually made me find out about Remnant 2 with your last post and now I'm having a blast with it and I wanted to say thanks for that :)

I don’t have any of my alts at this jp, what’s usually in the chest in Draconis Mons?

Sad to read that you don’t play GW2 just because it’s fun. Maybe if you had friends who played it with you you’d feel differently?
For the bees, it's not alphabetical order. Beavis (beehive) > Combs > Honey. It's the layers to get to the reward.
For the training grounds you can run half way up the JP and then finish it on next run then you don't need to do dodging.
