Dying Light 2's Biter Grabs Are Still HORRIBLE - A Small Reminder

For those curious as to why I haven't uploaded / streamed in a bit, I'm currently visiting family over Christmas in New Zealand. I'll be back and ready to stream around mid January.

I still hate how they can grab you instantly no matter how fast you're going, like they don't stumble or anything if you're going really fast past them. They just STOP you dead in your tracks, and it ruins the fun
Also the fact that they barely fall down, only some strong attacks like dropkicks do the job. Sooo annoying

The worst thing is that the zombies immediately recognize you are there! In DL1 it used to take 1 second before that react to you being near!
Because in dl1 they... yaknow... Acted like zombies

its a shame everything in DL2 feels super artificial compared to the first

The thing that still gets me in DL1, is that occasional, odd walker animation where they sometimes, just...stares, even when there's no obstacle towards you. Sometimes, gently reaching out one hand, it's like, for a moment either they got a bit confused on what they're supposed to do, or they got a genuine brief moment of clarity. Contemplating on whether lunging towards you is actually worthwhile or meaningful.
Bruh that zombie just instantly knew you were there and grabbed you first thing from the worst angle. This game is unbelievable!
I was talking about this since they "reduced" it. Srsly every biter just launch at you all the time.
Nothing changed following them “reducing” aggressiveness after everyone had complained that they should be more aggressive in the first place. Just less sprinting after you from ten miles away.
That's not a bug, he just parried you. (its a new feature trust)

Virals launching themselves every 5 seconds and defying all laws of physics by changing directions mid air just to hit you and put you into an animation.😭
You look at the infected like they're the disease. You fight them for the last ray of dying light.

Another problem is how consistent virals are jumping at us. It's not even fun, not even scarry, doesn't even take a lot of health, it's just so annoying. It should be rare or taken out of the game.
Or even fire the developer that came up with that idea would be nice to😂
The viral grab got me killed once hated the virals cause of that incident

Biter also grab way too often it’s like spam. It’s not like they are a threat to me on legend level 250. It’s you annoying.

I miss the early days when you could casually boxing with biters and block their attacks.........
Even more annoying are these stupid jump attacks they make. Sometimes they do a 180 in a split second and still manage to hit you
The thing is when they grab a human who isnt from the encounter they just do an animation and the human escapes unlike 1 where they do a bit of damage and when someone did rais thugs vs infected in a custom map the guy with a gun was stuck by a grabber and they had a animation from dying to a grabber unlike 2 where it only happens in encounters

The biter grabs and viral pounces are so fucking annoying, ruins my whole mood when I get grabbed after building up momentum or get pounced on through a wall. At least in DL1 there was instant escape and reversal to get out of biter grabs, I miss the old skills so much. Can't even camouflage unless you have the stupid Bloody Ties dlc, and even then it's pretty shit since you can't attack while using it, it doesn’t last long, and you have to craft it instead of just being able to use dead bodies.

The grabs are so annoying they are so fast at doing it and they react so quick it even can stop your animation or movement when they try too grab you and it hits you this is a big reason i find the zombies in this game mad annoying while in 1 they are more like zombies grab slower react slower and its not that annoying
