Now I'm paying for it, diverticulitis, sciatic pains, kidney and urinary for scanning, 19 to 25 yrs is the best time to get into your prime. Develop a discipline., I got into the 2020 lockdown and ate mostly non processed and excercised daily with rests. I'm in the best shape of my life just in 4mos 2020-2021 I never got sick during the covid season. You are what you eat 👍 whole foods are the best foods., Do cheat days twice or thrice a month 👍👍👍
Dude, for most of us, looks like that come only in years and years of consistency, faith in the process and strong will. It won't happen over night. There are a few exceptions, but for most people it takes years, hell even decades to build a physique like that. Don't give up, try and learn techniques that suit YOUR body from the best, it's easy today, we've got all given to us via youtube and social media. And for the last, most important thing is to have faith in yourself.
We call these chin ups in Ireland. I use these as a finisher after my gym routine to build and pump my biceps. Always to exhaust, around 3 sets. Highly recommend these if trying to build your guns. If you think you cant do them - just try and repeat. You'll get there - I'm only 63 and still improving. Keep strong everyone.

Testosterone replacement therapy is always used by people that juice and abuse it for long periods of time and their body adapts to the external consumption by reducing the amount naturally produced. Genetics are the biggest factor with fat distribution and lean muscle mass.

I'm 56. I managed 16 overarm first set today - full range of motion, shoulders around my ears at the bottom. With that handhold there, on a nice grippy piece of steel, I can usually manage 17-18 with a full range of motion. For all the haters out there. Not everyone who is in shape is on the juice. Especially anyone concerned about long term health and well being. Just takes a lot of dedication, consistency and most importantly a clean, nutrient rich, non-inflammatory, non-poisonous diet which maintains a proper caloric balance. Also you don't need much cardio to look this way either - doing cardio is for the inside of you body not the outside. You can't really be super strong or build much mass with this type of program but you can certainly look a lot more like Joe than the average 50 year. You will also still be able to do some physical activity once you eventually retire - to me the most important thing of all.

5 ) SEE egg of hen it is dead but allah create and make in it leg ,eye , ear , heart etc and convert it in to a living creature , and that creature know how to eat , speak , drink , walk this is sign of that ALLAH the CREATOR of everything .
6 ) ALLAH/GOD Made ant , how small it is and it have mind to think , small eyes to see who fit eye lens in it , and have more and more sense than humans , can identify easily where is the sweet and meat . ALLAH made more smaller things than ant , spider etc etc these are signs of Allah .
7 ) think about hair cells , your hand hairs have limit of increasing , you eye hairs have limit of increasing , your head hairs have different limits so this shows that they are made up of same cells but controlling not by you and not by that cells but your creator Allah .

It's becoming very common for a lot of guys. Look at Joe Rogan. He's on it and has a lot of energy and great muscular development that he wouldn't have if he wasn't on it. It doesn't carry the same risks as steroids because it's bio identical. If you come off it you'll need to take a few things to restore your natural production but nothing like if you took steroids. Unlike steroids you can take it ongoing as well. It'll boost energy, sex drive and health overall. Some guys start on it as young as 30 but it's really for guys 40+

For all the haters out there. Not everyone who is in shape is on the juice. Especially anyone concerned about long term health and well being. Just takes a lot of dedication, consistency and most importantly a clean, nutrient rich, non-inflammatory, non-poisonous diet which maintains a proper caloric balance. Also you don't need much cardio to look this way either - doing cardio is for the inside of you body not the outside. You can't really be super strong or build much mass with this type of program but you can certainly look a lot more like Joe than the average 50 year. You will also still be able to do some physical activity once you eventually retire - to me the most important thing of all.
