    The frequency in which you put out your videos combined with the fact that every one of them provides valuable information and motivation to put on your running shoes is incredible. Truly great stuff!

    Biggest takeaway for me is that you keep Vegemite in the fridge - how do you even spread it?!

      Mate it’s in the fridge but I’ve not eaten Vegemite my whole life 😂 it can go in the bin for sure

    It would be great to understand enough to be my own coach, but I work full time and have a family, plus I train 6 days a week so I don't have the time to study. For me, delegating this to a coach would make more sense as I would benefit from their knowledge.

      @@PeakStride gotcha, I had another question- I was going to try your sub 20 5k training but my current 5k time is 22:30 - would I still be able to complete your training or should I work until I meet the criteria? Thanks !

    I've yet to find a coach that actually gets my shift rotation. I did try runna for two months and I did like the structure of the training plan. I think the only real benefit for me would be to see if my running form etc is good. I could probably make better progress but I'm not elite so it doesn't really bother me.

      Yeah sounds like a tricky one. You probably just need to have list of workouts to do each week and you just fit them in where you can.
