hey guys Im taking truck in for warranty work, (ac clutch). Im uninstalling this temporarily for fear of voiding warranty, is there a procedure similar to the install, ie door open for 10 minutes to uninstall?
@@PSModernKitchens thank u for your input just wanted to make sure its worth it before I pull the trigger and buy one never owned one but hate the lag my vehicle has which it also has a turbo its annoying
@@gilbertrios5283 it will work but you will get a check engine light. You can clear the check engine light by cycling to ignition with your key or start button 3 to 5 times
Beat-Sonic : good! I have a legit question and not bitching. If I set the app to zero because I am out in the middle of nowhere fishing...and my phone dies (dead like I cannot revive it) , will the truck run if I just unplug the new device? What is the failsafe is what I am asking?

This definitely ain't "easy" to do for a 2024 tundra...totally impossible to get off the gas pedal connector

To put your car to sleep. You can also lock and then unlock the car using your key fob

I shouldn’t tell you here for obvious reasons but there’s a way and it’s explained in the instructions manual. You don’t need to unplug the device 😉
