Those idents take me back.
Those sick days where I use to stay in bed or go to my grandparents' house and watch GMTV, Lorraine, Jeremy Kyle, This Morning, Loose Women and Dickinson's Real Deal

I saw the “Pavement Art” ident being filmed! I was 3 at the time (which I think was 2005???) and was at St Thomas’s Hospital in Westminster on that day!

That would be really strange, I always assumed they would have started making them some time after the January 2006 set of idents failed unless they were always supposed to just be a stop-gap.

I used to LOVE these idents and seeing these today made me realise that I still do. I used to find these so soothing and still do to this day..
I love how they used vibrant daytime indents during the day and calming nighttime ones during the night, it was also quite sweet how they used those salting indents before an intense program or episode of s program was going to air, it’s like they’re reminding you, kind of like a “calm before the storm” type thing, where they would make you feel comfortable before the program aired so that you wouldn’t feel too uneasy and you decide that you did want to watch it, or a calm reminder that something intense and violent is about to air
“Sunflowers” also reminds me of a Windows desktop background

These idents were a huge improvement from the 'emmotion' idents shown in early 2006 which were very dull and boring in my opinion, no wonder they didn't last very long.

A really good video there Adam! The 2010 logo is my favourite from ITV1 - actually, it's one of my favourites of all time full stop! I grew up with it and I just love it so much! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I'd give anything to see it being used again!

Yeah right, when I was little, I always got hyped whenever I saw them appear when my favourite show “TV Burp, “Daybreak,” “All Star Family Fortunes,” “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?,” “The X Factor” and “The Jeremy Kyle Show” came on ITV1.
My favourite ITV1 logo was the one from 2010, and my favourite idents was “Dodgems,” “Bubbles,” “Beach,” “Buildings,”“Garden” and “Sunflowers.”
And that’s why I used to love watching ITV1 when I was only in my first few years of my life.

@@ThisIsTEC To be honest, I'm not quite sure as to which ident from the 2010 set I prefer....I quite like the Dodgems ident as well as Bubbles. I can tell that the 2010 ITV1 logo has had fans, you and me being two of them! ✌
Even though my favourite programmes are You've Been Framed!, Traffic Cops and Police Interceptors, it's a real shame that TV Burp, Daybreak and The X Factor aren't on the air anymore. Well, Daybreak is still on the air - but just under the name of 'Good Morning Britain'. And of course, we had Dancing On Ice as well - loved that show when I was a lot younger.
I remember when that ITV1 logo was used - I grew up with it, which is one reason why I've loved it for years. The 2008 ITV2 logo is another one of my favourites.

But most of all, not only the ITV1 logo from 2010 and idents was my favourite, the ITV2 logo and idents from 2008 were my favourite too!
Seeing “Jeremy Kyle,” “You’ve Been Framed!” and “The Xtra Factor” when I was only little was the best thing that has ever happened to me.
I really do miss the 2006 logos so very much.

I was there when the bubbles ident was getting filmed I was 5 at the time (back in 2005) I was with my family and I was chasing my brother and I just saw a big camera moving and I waved at it and they had to do it again because I kept on waving at it (idk if you can see me on there I was stood near the tree)

You seem to have missed out the launch idents for the 2005/6 rebrand of ITV, the ones in this video came later in 2006 to replace 'lifestyle' idents. The original launch even had region names below the '1' numeral, they didn't last long - (January 06-November(?) 06).

There was something about these idents that felt off. I don't know what it was but I did not like them back in the day they always made me feel uncomfortable when they would come on the tv. I think it was the music im not 100 sure
