You pointed out the size difference between the GMC and a current market trailer: As a "non RV'er" studying RV videos for information, I'd be very interested in your opinions and your wife's opinions based on your perspectives. Now I know that a 40 year old rig would not be for everyone but I can't see more size as being better over all? The ability to drive anywhere, park downtown, stay close to your mate, etc., etc. seems very productive. What is built into the rig all seem like high value add items, no fat. It would be great to see you both sitting down and discussing your honest feelings about the rig and what works and what doesn't, what you would change. What do you think?
I am surprised there weren't more people at the first place you stayed. The park that they had the rally was very nice. It looked like they had lots of common areas for gatherings.
What day of the week were you are Falls on the Brazos? Beautiful spot and only about an hour and a half from my house. I may have to check that place out! (when it cools off again. ha ha) I have canoed on the Brazos before. That water is moving a little faster than I remember it!
i think when you go to make a big trip you should do the lonesome dove trail up to Big Sky Montana keep plugging away your getting there thanks for the video

We were surprised as well. Makes for a peaceful night sleep though. ;) Glendale Rv Park is very accommodating.

It was Thursday evening and Friday morning when we were there.
