Wow Russell, is every one of your recipe's a five star feast. You really are a sleeping giant of raw food prep, I just cannot understand why more folk's aren't following you. That sauce is amazing, I'm trying it on mushrooms this weekend. BRILLIANT!!!

I would add a smoky paprika instead. Although, that's not raw either. If you're really not looking to include anything that's not 100% raw, you'll be a little restricted as technically any spice powders aren't raw.

Is there any alternative for the smoked jalapenos, because from what I understand, they aren't really raw are they?

So you can dehydrate but not cook? Don't you kill lots of the nutrients when you dehydrate?

The most delicate of the enzymes are lost around 115 degrees C, which is why we don't dehydrate above that

Hi there. I'm a bit confused here. Is it 115 C as you wrote, or is it 115 F?? 46C

There are a few cheap dehydrators on the market. I'm not sure where you're located geographically but I got mine for around 35-40 US dollars online and it's awesome! Check online and see if you can find a more affordable one.
