Excellent. Was going to take it to the mechanic cuz I didn’t want to deal with the liners. It’s a tight fit for those with large hands but totally reachable. Undo the connections before removing the bulbs for a bit more maneuvering I dropped the bulb on the drivers side while removing, there’s a simple 8mm or Phillips screw under the bumper to separate the liner should you need to retrieve it like I did 😊 nice vid my guy saved me time and money, this is what UA-cam is all about 💪🏾.
I saw video about having to turn tyre and open plastic tray bit by wheel arches but that was.impossible after taking clips off and finding out last part but held on by a nut at the bumper so then I came across your video and it worked so much better! Although I did struggle as it was my first time in the end I found it easy and learnt something new! And also saved labor costs by taking it to a garage
Awesome video! Can you please do a video on changing the daytime running lights? I have a 2014 Mazda 6 Touring I’d like to do. Just worried I can’t get at the bulbs the same way
For 2011 Remove the three screw/side under the front air dam, then the push pins from the front half of the fender liner(s). With the wheel off, the liner can be curled back and tucked behind the spindle for extra room to access. I have long arms and can reach around the liner by turning the wheel to the opposite side. The Hi-Beams can be changed from under the hood, much like is shown here.
Thanks for the response. What a pain the ass.. I ended up doing all the lights.. took me 2 hrs. I ended up take the wheels off. Dealer wanted $375 per low beam bulb.. with $95 to install. Then he said it could be the ballast, the only way to know is a $195 diagnostic charge!! Over 1k to replace low beams. Not sure why they call them Stealership 😂
@@jeffgonzales2915 So much depends on year/model. Oldest and newest can be serviced from under the hood. On 2011 and a year or two either side only the high beams can be. BTDT
Watch multiple videos. Tried it this way. Took me less than 5 minutes and i done. This is by far the best and easiest way. Good video

This is a 10,000% easier instructional video compared to other vids. Thank you!
Great job on this video. I’m useless when it comes to cars, and even I was able to do this. Thank you!

Thank you. Save me a lot of time. Last time I did it the other longer/harder way you were talking about. Appreciate you doing this video.

I have a 2016 Mazda 6. How do you disconnect the connector part ? I tried squeezing the tab but it won’t budge off
I used paint scratch remover on the outside of the headlight and looks almost new.
Thank you sire…
How come you didn't show how to take the bulb out of the clip
How about a high beam bulbs?
Actually tried it and it was the high beam. the low beam still requires taking the wheel off
I will post the high beams
How about the high beam?

It doesn't work if your car is diesel. The engine is larger and there is not enough space for a hand
😊
Will this work on a 2011 Mazda v 6 g touring? What a pain n the ass
@@jdbbs1 I don’t believe so the 2011 is the older generation
