For one of them it was when they said that they have master/servant pairs that form well balanced teams and too that I say not so fast. Having pairs where they have similar skill sets will allow them too maximize their abilities. For example a Mage who specializes in familiar magecraft summon the Pieded Pipper (fan made) who can summon a mass swarm of rat (and other small animals), plus mass hypnosis. Step 1: use PP to kidnap large numbers of children from the elementary schools and hospitals to use as magical batteries. Step 2: steal all the animals from the zoo and turn them into high grade familiars to guard your base. Step 3: use all your familiars to spy on the other masters, and when a pair is alone Zerg rush with swarm of rats using children as hostages and when the master is near dead spare them and the children under the condition that you take control of their command seals and servant whom you can force obedience with your area of expertise, using the other children you borrowed to supply them with magic. Step 4: systematically assassinate all the other masters without risking yourself or your main servant. Their are a few odd job type things you need to do here and there like systematically brainwash people in positions of power but you those are the small details.
@@cesarsandelis6379 several problems with this strategy. For starters, it involves a huge number or civilians in what it's supposed to be a "secret" war between mages. Eventually, people are gonna catch on, and the mage association will have to intervene, which will most likely result in another enforced joint effort between the remaining mages and their servants against you. Mages have been caught and punished by doing LESS (see lord el melloi case files) because it still appeared in the newspapers. This isn't you kidnapping children off the streets here and there, this is you attacking and kidnapping entire hospitals and zoos! And no amount of mass hypnosis is gonna 100% cover the whole thing, unless you can somehow brainwash the entire city. (how much mana can you even get from those little scamps anyway? At this point, kidnap the entire hospital staff. They're bound to serve as better batteries than a bunch of snot nosed brats) Second problem, you DON'T know what class your servant is going to be (if the campaign was looking for accuracy, you'd probably roll a die for it). By the sounds of it, your strategy would work best is you pulled an assassin or a servant with a less than noble personality. But that's only the BEST case scenario, which isn't guaranteed. What if you pulled one of the 3 chivalrous classes, or a servant with a noble personality, who'd be less than thrilled about carrying out your sadistic commands? Or if the servant has a rather precarious temper, like Gilgamesh. Or if they have independent action. You'd have to spend a command seals just to make sure they obey your commands. And Grail help you if you pulled a berserker; good luck keeping THAT in check as an arrogant mage. Your whole plan is based on the assumption that your servant would be on board with it in the first place or obedient enough to turn a blind eye. (also, quick question: is the servant treated as an NPC, a familiar or another player? If an NPC, how would it work?) Third problem, other mages and their servants. They're not just going to sit idly and let you do your preparations in peace. They'll also be gunning for you, attempt to find you with THEIR familiars, spy on you and attack you. You're bound to get attacked at some point during your preparations. And what are you going to do then if you're so underprepared? You could attempt to do your preparations ahead of time, but then you risk the mage association interferring with you directly (again, IF going for accuracy). Even if you manage to prepare everything, what makes you think your "high grade" familiars can stand up to a servant in the first place,if you don't know their name or noble phantasms? (even without knowing that, they're still SERVANTS! Heroic Spirits of legendary figures throughout history and legends!) More importantly, (even if some servants may have their complaints) why would the MAGES care about hostages? Some of them may not even bat an eye at you holding a bunch of brats hostage; because, as we've all learned, most mages are selfish sociopaths! And when you're off your guard "negotiating", they can just switfly end your pathetic existence via command seal ordered noble phantasm or something. (Heck, Kayneth turned an entire hotel into his own personal DnD dungeon, with tons of traps and familars and hidden passages and whatnot. And what did Kiritsugu do? Blow the whole goddamn place sky high!) Or heck, a 3rd party can swoop in, and all of a sudden you either find yourself in a 3 way battle or a pincer attack. You also have to take alliances into account. Some mages are bound to team up on the grounds of killing each other last, and they surely have their own schemes and strategies. All in all, while your plan may sound good on paper, once you sit down and analyze it a bit, there are a lot of factors that show that your plan isn't completely failproof. Though I have to commend you, your plan is DEFINITELY something that one of those arrogant mages would think off Addendum: how lore accurate are your campaigns? Because most of my points were made thinking what could realistically happen in the fate universe
floricel_112 For how to get the servant catalyst are supplied at the beginning of the campaign (catalyst have always had the biggest impact on who you summon) and the reason the Pieded Pipper was chosen for moral flexibility. The high grade were intended for slowing and or guard duty. Plus I would not be going after the servants directly. The hostages were only for the servant, the rats eating them alive are for the masters. The example I wrote way something I came up with at the time and know it has flaws. In reality I would probably have been a bit more discreet. And for lore accuracy it is a bit of a mix bag sometimes, but the rest of my group members were the less traditional Mage type players. And Kayneth only changed one floor and is also one of the eight lords of the association and should not be be used as the example for what you can see up in a day or two (I don't know how long it took him). Also when making the deal I would not have shown up until the master was unconscious and the rats gnawed their hand off just in case sparing the master is more for getting on the stolen servant's good side. The servants played like a mix of npcs and players where it depended on what was going on. Also an master can fight against a servant but it would be an up hill battle for example Rin took one of berserkers' lives while we were not all playing Rins, in fact the masters had different things to do the servants were still the main fighters. And lastly this all came up at the end of a fate/extra campaign where the DM let me get away with stuff they really should not have but they tryed their best to stop me but they realized it when I was at the point that anything they threw at me made me stronger (they even sent the final boss which ended horribly for them). And when it came time for the other players to fight amongst each other they ended up teaming up to defeat me (whom they thought had made a character who only wanted to live) and realized how horrible an idea that was when everything turned on them.
Another HILARIOUS and QUALITY Fate Memes vid, Dai!!! Really liked and enjoyed watching this, I needed a few GOOD laughs. Liked the intro you did there, Shirou summoning Artoria of ALL classes is one of my favorites.
My favorite part is when Shirou overwhelms by lots of different variation of Artoria. It makes me wonder how will Fate be like, if Lancer Artoria or should I say MILF Artoria was summon. Sorry, I'm just a huge fan of Lancer Artoria ever since I saw her in FGO. I just love these Fate memes video, keep it up and thanks.
So I just realized that Jackie would conceptually hard counter a servant Macbeth since he can only be killed by one who has not been born and Jackie is a wraith a ghost who was never alive formed from the souls and negative emotions of the aborted children of prostitutes making a ghost made up the souls of children never born
May I also point Jeanne isn't actually a nun or religious figure. She kept herself pure but wasn't actually bound by any religious oaths to do. Though given her Christian background I think at least marriage is necessary.
Yay! Meme time 2:55 His low base stats and Gorilla deck hold him back if you want to spam his NP (which SERIOUSLY cuts enemy damage and defense). That being said he's great with proper support (buster support and NP donors) especially against high hit count enemies (Gorgon/Tiamat, Goetia etc.) 17:52 IIRC He already did, a servant and master had a kid in Requiem
20:32 I once saw a variation of that meme (unrelated to fate) where the person behind it was I think windows software or something like that and the sign said something along the lines of “I am updating now, you can’t change my mind”. So maybe a better way to do that meme with Gilgamesh would be “Everyone is a mongrel, you can’t change my mind”.
6:45-6:50 If the Doomslayer was in the room at the time those 3 broke the door in BFG division would be playing in the background chasing them around said house ready to RIP N TEAR!
Even as a new player, I can attest to Asterios' usefulness. I used a combination of him with Kaleidoscope, Eric Bloodaxe, and Waver as a sacrificial frontline against Goetia and then proceeded to solo him with a friend's Cu Alter.
I think Hans was gay or in love with a guy as he had a letter. Beowulf one was very funny. Got me in the first half then boom much more half. Drunk saber getting a futa reminds me of that animation joke we see with "merlin" saying no but he loses. Jeanne can bring animals so probably. I feel some trolls who told bad jokes tried to make those political "memes" but whatever. Opening was funny and surprised shirou doesn't host more classes to teach a bunch of them at once. Would be funny if Medea does the worst and shirou becomes hell's kitchen.

17:30 Funnily enough, I really do think Servants eat embers to get stronger. I leveled up my Percival and he said something along the lines of "I am not a picky eater".
1:30 And over at Rin's place are the 3 Emiyas. Which is going to be reeeaaallly awkward with the Assassin, also saying it out loud sounds dangerously close to 3 Amigos. Yikes an Artoria for each of the main classes + 2 Extra (and we're still leaving out others like Artoria Lily and Lancer Alter). That's a HGW in of itself. Wonder if there's enough non-Artoria Artoria faces to do that.
To answer your question of "Is Asterios really that good"? I'd personally say so. If you can deal with the fragility that comes with most 1-2 star servants, few things are more satisfying than nuking your enemies ATK and DEF into a smoking crater. He's a good example of one of the things I like about FGO: a servant you don't have to pay real money for isn't necessarily a bad one.
My favorite was the one with Asterios. Finally, he gets the recognition he deserves. Plus yes, when skilled and (maybe) grailed enough, he can solo Tristan.
5:25 Can someone plz explain to me the deal with the umbrella, I tried finding the light novel, but couldn't get anything. Or tell the name of the light novel, cuz maybe I've been typing in the wrong thing Also what's the name of the doujin at 21:35
Y'know how Ryuunosuke tortures kids in Zero? In the light novel and manga, it details the gory stuff he does such as making an umbrella from a kid's ribcage. He's trying to make art of corpses and you can see it all in the manga.
I can't believe it, but there doesn't seem to be a single piece of pegging fanart for Arturia and Shiro, despite all the talk of him being her scabbard.
19:31 You know in context it makes as much sense as those particularly weird historical facts. Once you take the situation out of Fate and explain it separately from the lore it makes us look like madmen.
7:36 that brings up another question why is that the time skip between the fourth and fifth holy grail war is 10 years illiya stated to be either three or five years old before saber was summoned for the fourth holy grail war yet officially she’s said to be 18? Considering fate/zero came out as a prequel to stay night that’s a conflicting bit of lore.

(also, quick question: is the servant treated as an NPC, a familiar or another player? If an NPC, how would it work?)
Third problem, other mages and their servants.
Though I have to commend you, your plan is DEFINITELY something that one of those arrogant mages would think off
Addendum: how lore accurate are your campaigns?
6:44 The Shining...welp, there goes my good night sleep. 😫
16:56 when this one came up I immediately thought of summer Robin saying "AM I A JOKE TO YOU?!"
Dantes too.
Nobukatsu: Big Sister...I don't feel so good.
You know when I heard "next time we eat children," I feel like sakura should have been the one to have that line...
The mana transfer scenes would be way more spicy for all I know
damn i now want some fanfiction of lancer arturia being summoned
@@royd209 or even better All Artorias being summon. Yes even the Altars. Give Shirou a whole army to fight the Grail War with.
A holy grail war where Artoria is summoned into every class would be fun
2:52
He's so gewd that Goetia's NP can be reduced to 0 Damage.
So I just realized that Jackie would conceptually hard counter a servant Macbeth since he can only be killed by one who has not been born and Jackie is a wraith a ghost who was never alive formed from the souls and negative emotions of the aborted children of prostitutes making a ghost made up the souls of children never born
I just noticed when he thinks about all the parents he slept with he adds Emiya to that list lol, Cant blame him that's a sexy man
9:22 Kiara loves what Hans hate
If her being a monk under celibate should be a problem... then i remind you of Jeanne d' arc, waifu of a big portion of fans.
May I also point Jeanne isn't actually a nun or religious figure. She kept herself pure but wasn't actually bound by any religious oaths to do.
Though given her Christian background I think at least marriage is necessary.
Actually, Jeanne is unavailable because she's in love with Sieg.
Yay! Meme time
2:55 His low base stats and Gorilla deck hold him back if you want to spam his NP (which SERIOUSLY cuts enemy damage and defense). That being said he's great with proper support (buster support and NP donors) especially against high hit count enemies (Gorgon/Tiamat, Goetia etc.)
17:52 IIRC He already did, a servant and master had a kid in Requiem
20:32 I once saw a variation of that meme (unrelated to fate) where the person behind it was I think windows software or something like that and the sign said something along the lines of “I am updating now, you can’t change my mind”. So maybe a better way to do that meme with Gilgamesh would be “Everyone is a mongrel, you can’t change my mind”.
21:44 Dai...Kiyohime, Tamamo (yes, kemonomimi's count), Gorgon, Tiamat, and Atalanta (BOTH OF THEM) WOULD LIKE A WORD.
It's nice to see nasuverse fans who are aware that nasu makes rules to break them afterwards for shits and giggles
Dai, You're having too much fun with this!😂😂😂
21:40 I absolutely love monster girls, I gifted 2 grails to my Gorgon the same day I got her during her debut
Damn, dai can make even the annoying memes and bad takes funny, that's how you KNOW someone is actually adding to the content they react to.
6:45-6:50 If the Doomslayer was in the room at the time those 3 broke the door in BFG division would be playing in the background chasing them around said house ready to RIP N TEAR!
Poor Abby. She forgot to wear slippers and dropped
2:15 she the reason why I love the Fate series for the longest time why wouldn’t I be obsessed with the her as well
*Sees **6:56**, **8:17**, and **8:45*
"WAIT THAT'S ME"

Did you hear that, Archer? Karna found that spider.
Even as a new player, I can attest to Asterios' usefulness. I used a combination of him with Kaleidoscope, Eric Bloodaxe, and Waver as a sacrificial frontline against Goetia and then proceeded to solo him with a friend's Cu Alter.
21:47 Can we get Guts' Theme here, or is that meme dead already?
Gordom Ramsy as a 5 star limited ruler in a cook off againts Archer Emiya and Chaldeas Cooking Staff
If Macbeth were somehow a servant, does that mean Jack could kill them? Because they are phantoms made of unborn children. I just thought about this.
Why would Macbeth be immune?
Ryuunosuke surfing with the umbrella and movie night had me laughing the hardest.
13:13 haha jokes on you, man, who else got interested on Fate because dojins?
21:31 I don’t mind being called a degenerate if that means I get to sleep with my strongest snek
@@jkosch oh so he was a hopeless romantic of unrequited love. Makes sense I guess.
I'm more surprised he doesn't roast more people on stories like he did to mashu as nusery rhyme hates him.
@@ivanbluecool well, the snow queen was based on one of his crushes that didn't reciprocate his feelings and only saw him as just a friend, so there's that I guess
@@floricel_112 oh I've seen a few authors put thier pain in thier works so that's logical to see.
@@ivanbluecool well, he couldn't have been that bitter about it. The snow queen herself wasn't THAT bad of a person, if you ignore the kidnapping of Kay, which is about the only bad thing she did and she only did that to have him solve a riddle/puzzle. Especially when compared to other villains from his fairy tails, like the ogre who mind controlled that princess or the hobgoblin who made the mirror that turned Kay evil in the first place
@@floricel_112 well either way he must have felt heated in some way to the snow queen. Plus when someone puts thier soul into writing it's more touching so it still must have affected him in some way.
Shirou 18 years old, Saber 1500+ or 3000+, Deoending on how you see her being alive through the same timeline twice.
6:55 I'm pretty sure the excalibur won't even let her have muscles. All her physical strength comes from magic.
Every time the pregnancy thing pops up I feel the need to point out that ERICE IS A SERVANT HUMAN HYBRID. It's stated in the FGO Requiem event that Erice has a servant mother and a human father. People who complain about fanarts are just wrong based on that event alone.
I though Erice was an absolute anomaly in that regard?
@@gypsysprite4824 No it was confirmed in Volume 2(I think, either that or late volume 1) that she's the daughter of a human master who decided to fuck his incarnated servant
Quetzalcoatl's noble phantasm is more like a flying tombstone piledriver
Asterios, Caligula, and Darius 3rd were used in an NP Loop meme team to beat Gorgon in Babylonia. I forgot which FGO youtuber it was but it should be easy to find. Monster Girl is an underappreciated genre; it's an acquired taste. I always thought 1st ascension Kiara was best Kiara, but her Summer vision is also pretty awesome. At first I didn't get her 2nd ascension but as soon as I saw her 3rd ascension I immediately understood the 2nd ascension.
19:59 Mash is a sure smash (cutest kohai and servant, does massages, she has it all covered)
21:30 Gorgon is just gorgeus (tho i just like her bc she is Medusa)
1:45 hahahahaha now do I think about it what he just did Archer is the true hero indeed lol
Shiro and saber: smash in the field of avalon
Merlin: omoshiroi
7:54 I didn’t notice this the first time, but rewatching the video, I realize that this an instrumental remix of “Gravity Wall” from Re: Creators. Good taste!
Yup!
@@OtakuDaiKun What did you think of it? The anime I mean? I thought it was a fairly good reverse isekai, good music and animation style as well as quality, with a good roster of characters.
@@ausarthevile2970 Re Creators is one of my favorite anime. I'm extremely pissed that I can't buy a north american Blu Ray of it.
@@OtakuDaiKun Ah, understood, and unfortunate. Do you think it could, by chance, get a second season somehow? From random comments I’ve seen on UA-cam, its reception was pretty good.
@@ausarthevile2970 I personally don't think a second season would be a good thing. It was an original anime that ended on a perfectly satisfying conclusion. I could ask for nothing more from an anime I love.

I love memes, we all love memes but most of all we all love Fate memes and what better way than to watch Dai here react to fate memes
17:30 Funnily enough, I really do think Servants eat embers to get stronger. I leveled up my Percival and he said something along the lines of "I am not a picky eater".

Emiya : wake the Fck up Master we have food to cook !!!! *** Emiya remove glasses ***
For Crying Warmonger, how about combine that with the YEET THE CHILD meme to recreate the LB3 meteorite
Honestly I loved all of the memes, they were so funny as heck!
Since I deeply love tiamat, I agree with the monster girl being the best part
To answer your question of "Is Asterios really that good"? I'd personally say so. If you can deal with the fragility that comes with most 1-2 star servants, few things are more satisfying than nuking your enemies ATK and DEF into a smoking crater. He's a good example of one of the things I like about FGO: a servant you don't have to pay real money for isn't necessarily a bad one.
I feel like if I summoned Karna, he’d be weirded out by the fact I carry a plushie of him everywhere and sleep with it. But then again, it is Karna.
My favorite was the one with Asterios. Finally, he gets the recognition he deserves. Plus yes, when skilled and (maybe) grailed enough, he can solo Tristan.
Dai’s laugh is wholesome.
22:38 The last episode of the anime 'Video Girl Ai' *basically* has this scene animated
2:05 If this is your favorite, what's your second favorite?
17:13 well...Karna has a Santa form. Does that count?
Yeah now lol
13:26 that meme just has me thinking of Harry Potter characters fighting Holy Grail War and I need to see it

Also what's the name of the doujin at 21:35
Same, i dont understand it
Y'know how Ryuunosuke tortures kids in Zero? In the light novel and manga, it details the gory stuff he does such as making an umbrella from a kid's ribcage. He's trying to make art of corpses and you can see it all in the manga.
@@OtakuDaiKun ah, that makes sense, i didnt know about the rib umbrella but the other stuff I did, thanks for explaining
I can't believe it, but there doesn't seem to be a single piece of pegging fanart for Arturia and Shiro, despite all the talk of him being her scabbard.
That intro had me dying bro.
Same
19:31 You know in context it makes as much sense as those particularly weird historical facts.
I don't have an explanation for that actually.
sometimes its the little things Mordred describing herself as "royally pissed" *chefs kiss*
21:44 food for thought: do still call a monster girl a monster girl if you yourself could fall under the same category?
Probably.

To be honest, I actually played/watched Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua without the H scenes.
It's still enjoyable without them, but I think those scenes are wonderful.
