AdrenalineJunkieProd you were talking about how far of a drop it is off the side of the trails are and you're right if you haven't been there and seen it you can't truly grasp the distance it is My brother, his wife and I went several years ago to Buffalo Mountain and rode for almost a week and loved it wanting to go back but it's about 18 hour trip for me to get there and about 10-12 for my brother in Tennessee.
@@stacyreid5077 The elevation changes are one of the main aspects that make these trails so awesome. There are a ton of areas on the trails that if you drove off the edge things would not end well.... as in... things would end for you.... forever, lol. When riding on some of the trails if you look over the edge you can see old mining equipment and various large vehicles the met their doom sliding over the edge. With no way to get them back up they are simply just laying where they landed, decades ago in many cases. Like I mentioned in the videos, its about a 12 hour drive one way for us too, it's quite far and the distance definitely adds to the expensive and complexity of the trip. However, every time we get there we don't want to leave and it's always worth the effort. That's why I tell everyone that even if you only make it out to the trails once, it's worth the experience. Driving up and down the sides of massive mountains is an experience that's hard to explain.
AdrenalineJunkieProd you're right That is one place I wore my seatbelt and my helmet not fond of the helmet tho with a torn disc in it. I've got a picture I took while standing on the edge of one of the trails with my toes hanging over the edge and looking straight down for at least 300' It's unreal and so beautifully dangerous at the same time
Can't wait my wife is taking me to Hatfield For my 50Th Birthday in March to ride rock house trails!! were going to stay in Gilbert. Can't wait to get the CFMOTO 1000 XL on some real trails!!! I know these are older videos but thanks probably some of the better videos I've seen trying to see what rock house had to offer in the way of smooth trails for the Wife
Haha it never fails!! Plan a trip, have 10 units ready to go,but when its time to go its just u!! So hard to find reliable riding buddies!! Great vid Julian!
Thanks Bob! Appreciate the continual support you show the channel! Ya, it's not always easy to plan a big group ride, but when the stars align and it does work out it sure is a killer time! We had an awesome turnout for this trip to WV, it was an amazing adventure!
Bob's RZR Adventures thanks for the support man!! I’ll be shipping your goodies this week. I’ll throw in some extra stickers for ya. Couldn’t think of anywhere I’d rather see the shirt and stickers than in your videos man! Send me a pic or two when you get it and I’ll share them on Instagram + Facebook!
JohnnyTee Vlogs thanks man!! Super stoked you enjoy the adventures and all the shenanigans! I’ve got a lot more riding content on the way, if it was up to me I’d just ride and make videos all day everyday...... but all those other stupid life responsibilities always get in the way.... lol.
I just can't get enough of this place! Can't wait to go back again this season. Went twice in 2018. There are still a lot of trail systems I need to explore. I really enjoyed the day we spent on Bear Wallow in 2018 and I really want to go back there for another day or two. Once I am done editing these WV videos I have two more trips out to Hatfield and McCoy to edit. It takes a loooonnnggggg time to edit these videos. Working hard on getting all caught up, hoping that by spring I'm all caught up, right now I have a ton of content in the vault waiting to be edited.
Hey Michael, glad you enjoy the videos man. There is a lot more content on the way! I've got a ton of content from WV so I've been trying to get through a lot of it. I've also got a lot of other content on the way.
Ya B Techau, we were sending it. The trails are so fun, its hard to hold back. The faster you go the better the machine feels and the smoother the suspension gets! Like you mentioned, the camera does not do it justice. Check out the most recent upload, we are going quite a bit faster then in this video, lol. The UA-cam video compression also seems to really downgrade the video quality on these higher speed clips unfortunately.
OMG OMG OMG #AdrenalineJunkieProd uploading like crazy!!! I love it!! Great vid! We're going back in May, HM is the best riding in the Country.. TN in the North Cumberland WMA is the only other thing that comes close!!!
Trying to get caught up man! Stoked you enjoyed the video. These are some of my favorite trails, WV is amazing. Like you said, the only place I've been to besides WV that comes close are the trails I've seen in TN. Hoping to head back to TN this spring/summer to do some more riding.
Haha, flashing sezuire whips. 😆 Another great video showing the trails. I really want to make it out to Hatfield McCoy soon for some riding. Starting to feel like the only person who hasn't been there yet!
Hey John G, we are just a group of regular guys. Even these "more affordable" machines cost a ton of money! The most important part of riding is to actually go out and ride. We put a lot of millage on our machines and usually keep them for quite a few seasons. Many of us make various sacrifices in our lives to be able to afford these machines and enjoy this pass time. We are all very lucky and very grateful to be able to have this kind of fun and travel this amazing continent to ride. None of these machines are trailer queens, we beat the crap out of them and love every moment of it. Other channels may have flashier machines but the goal of this channel has always be "the ride" aspect. The goal is to get out and ride as much as we can, in as many places as we can while meeting as many awesome people as we can along the way! I'm glad you enjoy the videos and appreciate the fact that we are just a bunch of grass roots blue collar guys having a good time!
They have state of the art bad ass machines..Not one of them is less than 20k with the exception of wolverine and thats close with add ons. has nothing to do with money. Great machines or average machines whats that got to do with i? They are making riding videos. Some people can afford nice machines sone can't. They ride what they ride i dont even understand why that was your comment.Im guessing yo won't like the fact that I ride a 30k+ machine but I can ride like most cant. Driving skill and desire has nothing to do with cost of your machine. Enjoy the terrain and enjoy the ride . Sad to see a comment like that. Its almost like someones weirdly jealous. Sad to see. I know lots of guys with supere xpensve machines and they can outdrive 99% of the off road community. Money has nothing to do with driving skill.
Hey Eddy, I think John G just meant that he liked the fact that not all the machines are brand new and all decked out with a ton of expensive add on's. He's not far off from the truth. A bunch of the machines in the core group have been around for a while. Many of the machines are 2015's and 2016's. Which by no means is old but they are pretty well used in comparison to a lot of the "trailer queens" you see out there. The RZR S's in our group are a machine that is attainable on a much more reasonable budget than something like a new Turbo S yet we still make them go places many people wouldn't want to take a newer, bigger, badder machine. I think that was the message he was trying to send. I really don;t think it was a negative comment, you may have misunderstood it. I really don't think he is jealous and I don't feel he has anything against a $40,000 kitted out unit either. The truth is, if you compare our riding group to many others, we definitely don;t have as much "work" done to our machines as many others do. For the most part most of the machines in our group are quite stock aside from some bolt on's like bumpers, exhaust and wheels/tires. This isn't an attack at you Eddy, but at the same time no need to put down John G. We are all here for one reason, we love to ride and when we can't ride, we love to watch videos about riding. There are enough internet trolls out there already so we should focus on sticking together as off-roaders not gettin all technical on who's machine is better. The best machine is the one that gets used the most and provides the most fun to it's owner. We are all lucky we get to enjoy this pass time because a lot of people only dream about it or get to watch it on video. I appreciate both of your comments and I really value the time you both dedicate to watching my content and taking the time to leave a comment. Way more videos to come guys!
I thought it was just a sad comment bot a bad comment. I dont think it matters what machine someone has what matters is the desire to offroad....Thats it. I road a kx 250 forever bought it for 200$. Went to college for a very long time now I can afford any machine but i still have the kx 250 inside me. Its not the money. Im buying my daughters the 900 s do to gregs driving those things man. They go anywhere and will fit in the bed of my truck and the toy hauler will cary my X3 XMR TURBO R!!!!!! LOL@@AdrenalineJunkieProd
Eddy S. Razor XP ya man, Super G has taken that RZR 900s to hell and back non-stop for almost 3 years now!! It’s had a bunch of routine maintenance and a few broken bits but it has never let him down. It’s an awesome trail machine. I recommend them to a lot of ppl. The fact it fits in a truck bed is an awesome feature too. I’m a huge fan of the X3 Turbo. They are beasts. If I won’t the lottery I’d have one of each, lol. I agree with what ya said, it’s just about gettin our there and riding!!! Awesome to hear your gettin your kids a unit, can’t think of a better way to spend quality time with your friends and family then out on the trails.
Hey PageMoto, stoked you are enjoying the videos. They are a great primer for your upcoming trip. The trails look a million times better in person. You're going to have a blast!
Ya man, it's always so hard to plan a trip. However, once in a while it really works out and then its a badass time! Last season me and my girl went to WV for 3 nights alone. We rode most of these trails solo, even rolled the machine on one of the Double Black Diamond trails, lol. We met up with a couple people on two of the days and rode on our own the entire first day. Obviously when out alone you need to adjust your riding style a bit and scale back the sends, lol. No one around to save your ass when your alone, lol. Can't get enough of this place.
Thanks Connor, appreciate the positive feedback man! I've got some more good ones in the works, hoping you will enjoy those too. Episode 10 of the WV series is gonna have some serious high speed trail blasting... lol
Carson Ritchie hell yeah Carson. The riding in WV and KY is legendary. The mountains really make the trails amazing and there is so much variety. I think that TN also has a ton of Awesome trail riding to offer. On a slightly different style end there are also a lot of great options in Utah, Arizona and California. Those are prob the some of the top areas in the States in my opinion. Can’t wait to spend more time riding in all those areas!!
Thanks Joe. The next WV trail ride video, episode 10.... we really release the #FullSend I guarantee we will be upsetting some people.... lol... There is some solid content on the way!
The guy leading the way is going waaaaaaaay too fast for those trails. Way too fast man. They have blind corners and death falls at most of them. Id rather see someone out front that can control themselves like usual. This cat is moving and its dangerous. With that being said brother i love the terrain there. Glad to see another video out. Miss the vids of the normal terrain though. Like the technical riding not the racing down 2 way trail vids. Looking forward to seeing henrys new ride on you r trials man.....Collin and tyler can drive man this skill have the skill to make it. So greg in the 900 s yellowing is tylers dad thats so cool never rode with my dad. Is can am dan collins dad??? I saw the x3 in the barn on a video and just thought that
Super Greg is Colin's dad, the "crazy" guy leading the way, lol. Ya, I know we go a little too fast sometimes. People point it out all the time, that's why we try to ride mostly on week days. It's not a good excuse but I don't have an excuse. The trails are just so awesome it's hard to hold back sometimes. You're def not gonna like the next video if you think we are going fast in this one....... lol. As for the technical riding, there is plenty of that coming. As you know, we ride all over and in all sorts of terrain. The videos I make are based on the rides we've been on. I've got a ton of content from WV to edit still, also have some from SC and TN as well as some from Northern Ontario in Canada. I also have some other riding content I haven't gotten around to editing. As spring gets closer riding around here will pick up again and we will be hitting all our local technical trails. We have a few new machines joining the group this season so things should be interesting. I know a lot of people prefer the technical riding but I know a lot of ppl also enjoy the variety. Just trying to keep the channel interesting with varied content.
I thought it was funny, because my son and I have said the same thing about them, lol. They are pretty cool, and if someone can't see you with those things, they shouldn't be driving! Enjoyed the video. I want to take a trip there one year. Rent a 4 seater and take the whole family for a scenic ride......then, drop them off and let her rip!
@@OffroadOutlaws You would love it and so would the family. Everything about the area is amazing. Lot's of rental places around too!! It's near the top of my list of best riding destinations. The videos don't do the trails and terrain justice. It's really hard to capture the true depth of the experience on video.
I can relate me and my dad went on a ride called annysmiles here in West Virginia and we had like 50 people want to go with us then like a week before we had like ten then the day before we had like five but by the time I came to the ride it was just me and my dad
I know it's not your style of riding fast but I believe it's more reliable and I need a 3 seater UTV. My question is What do you think about the Yamaha viking 700?
Hey, I think the Viking is a solid unit! Great for work and play. My buddies dad has one and hasn't had any issues with it. Think hes had it for 2 or almost 3 years now. The Yamaha Viking and the Yamaha Wolverine are both solid machines. The Polaris Ranger XP is also a great machine that comes with a bench seat option. I believe the Can-Am Defender also offers a bench seat option. Don't be fooled, the "utility" models still pack a lot of sport and a ton of off-road capability. You might have to pick a different line, but you'll usually get just about anywhere the other machines will and you can tow us home when we break down, lol.
Ya, the video really doesn't do this terrain justice. The Hatfield McCoy Trails in West Virginia are some of the best and most scenic trails on the continent! If you like trail riding then then a trip out here is a must. You need a lot of time to explore these trails though. A week isn't enough, it usually takes a few trip. I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC to edit the videos, I actually utilize the entire Adobe suite of software, depending on what I am doing. Adobe Premiere Pro is by far the best software out there and the industry standard. Hollywood movies have been edited using this software, it's awesome. #AdobePremierePro
AdrenalineJunkieProd thats nuts if a weeks bot enough just goes to show ya how big that place is. Ok thanks ill check that out i have cyberlink powerdirector now its not bad
@@ononewheel7I can't remember exactly how many miles of trails they have but it's over 1000 miles. Adobe premiere pro is on a completely different level than power director, but it does require a monthly subscription fee. Unless you are using it a lot then it's not necessary software. When I first started making videos a few years ago I started off using Sony Vegas Pro.
AdrenalineJunkieProd 1000 is a ton of trails new hampshire which is close to us 5hrs has ride the wilds its a bunch of interconnected trails by roads which is all legal to ride on when registered and they are rite around 1000 as well weve ridden some of it in the past its pretty sweet the power director is ok for me for now i am still rookie with this hole deal so if i ever out grow this than ill take the next step and upgrade i used to just upload my raw footage and call it a day so i have improved a little the last couple months def due to watching great channels like yours
@@ononewheel7 Thanks for the compliment man! Appreciate the kind words. I think i used the Sony Vegas Software for about 2-3 years before I outgrew it. Doesn't really matter what software you use, content is king. Ya, 1000+ miles of trails is an insane amount of ground to cover. I really want to check out the riding in New Hampshire in the near future!
Awsome video, would love to ride with you guys, i have been to ALL h&m trails, just let us know when your going in 2019. Almost forgot, check out spearhead trail system in Virginia, h&m helped them get up and running, keep up the videos!!!!
Awesome Ron! Glad you enjoy the videos man! I'll make sure to let everyone know when we plan our next trip down to H&M. Would be awesome to meet up with a bunch of other riders. I'd like to check out the riding in Virginia too in the near future.
Hey! Glad you enjoy the videos. If all goes according to plan the crew will be heading down to WV in August. I'll post dates in the near future when we get all the details solidified.
Hey Brad. The core group and I are based out of Southern Ontario, Canada. I live about an hour outside Toronto or an hour and a half from the Canada/ Buffalo, NY border.
You sure you wanna ride shotgun with me?? lol James is no longer associated with the channel. We had differing views on how to approach things and he left. He will no longer be in upcoming videos and will no longer be filming or coming on rides. You'll see him in some more of the upcoming content as it was filmed a while ago, but not in any of the more recently filmed content so I've had to learn to adapt to filming a lot of rides alone when I don't have a co-pilot. Luckily my girlfriend comes on most the bigger rides and shes a boss behind the camera (professional powersports photographer).
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd That's probably for the best. If I was riding with you I'd probably get you demonetized from screaming the F word over and over again. But I live in Michigan and fly for free within the united states just saying. But hopefully I'll have my own come this spring.
@@superbeastie Hoping to get down to Michigan for some riding this spring, maybe you can join us out on the trails. We can always beep out you cuss words, lol ;) ;)
Hey. Not sure what’s up with some of the videos but it seems UA-cam messes with the ad settings on them randomly at times and overloads them with ads. Usually I manually only set it to a couple and don’t let UA-cam decide. Sorry if it was overloaded, I’ll check into the settings.

This place is trail heaven man! Amazing riding! Stoked you enjoy the videos.
Been loving the past couple videos keep it
Thanks Connor, appreciate the positive feedback man! I've got some more good ones in the works, hoping you will enjoy those too. Episode 10 of the WV series is gonna have some serious high speed trail blasting... lol
Great job thanks for sharing i just got 2011 RZR Polaris 800 I hop did not make a mistake 🤣
Awesome trail ride!!
Thanks!!! It's always a thrill riding these trails.
This is what riding is like in West Virginia / Kentucky. I don’t think there’s a better place in the US for trail riding
Carson Ritchie hell yeah Carson. The riding in WV and KY is legendary. The mountains really make the trails amazing and there is so much variety. I think that TN also has a ton of
Awesome trail riding to offer. On a slightly different style end there are also a lot of great options in Utah, Arizona and California. Those are prob the some of the top areas in the States in my opinion. Can’t wait to spend more time riding in all those areas!!
Great job
Thanks Folger!!
Awesome video Julian! Nice trail too!
Thanks Joe. The next WV trail ride video, episode 10.... we really release the #FullSend
I guarantee we will be upsetting some people.... lol... There is some solid content on the way!
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd awesome! Cant wait!
Nice vid bro verry fast pace
Blind Tv thanks bro! Wait till you see the next few WV videos, they will step up the pace even more!
Flashing seizure whips, LOL...
Lmao.... I thought it was an accurate description, lol. I'm gonna get some for my RZR!!
Shuda built a fire and relaxed for a bit...
My question is
What do you think about the Yamaha viking 700?
If you want to ride outlaw trails holler at me! We can set it up. We have some awesome riding outside of Hatfield McCoy
That place looks like a blast
What editing program are you using btw?
AdrenalineJunkieProd 1000 is a ton of trails new hampshire which is close to us 5hrs has ride the wilds its a bunch of interconnected trails by roads which is all legal to ride on when registered and they are rite around 1000 as well weve ridden some of it in the past its pretty sweet
the power director is ok for me for now i am still rookie with this hole deal so if i ever out grow this than ill take the next step and upgrade i used to just upload my raw footage and call it a day so i have improved a little the last couple months def due to watching great channels like yours
I'd like to check out the riding in Virginia too in the near future.
been watching your videos alot...... whens your next trip to Hatfield macCoy??!!
Hey! Glad you enjoy the videos. If all goes according to plan the crew will be heading down to WV in August. I'll post dates in the near future when we get all the details solidified.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd awesome gotta let me know mna!! do believe theres a group heading back down in fall time
Wow
I’m late but how old is Tyler
🇫🇷🤩👍🤘
What's the rush?
so if you get a 360 camera then the hills highth will translate to the viewer!
I've got two 360 cameras. They are not very easy to use. I might give them a try again this season now that they are better.
hey
Hey Weston. Thanks for checking out the video.
IS this location open to the public?
The Hatfield McCoy trails are a public trail system in WV. Look it up online. Thousands of miles of publicly accessible and maintained trail systems.
Where are u guys based out of
Hey Brad. The core group and I are based out of Southern Ontario, Canada. I live about an hour outside Toronto or an hour and a half from the Canada/ Buffalo, NY border.
Sure hope you weren't hitting those blind corners as fast as it looks on camera.
@21:55 I can step up and do the filming for the community.
Does Super Dave run stock Springs on his 900s?
Ya Rzrbub 77, he runs a stock suspension setup. Those Fox shocks have taking a beating over the years! lol
I like your videos, but this is a ridiculous amount of ads.
Hey. Not sure what’s up with some of the videos but it seems UA-cam messes with the ad settings on them randomly at times and overloads them with ads. Usually I manually only set it to a couple and don’t let UA-cam decide. Sorry if it was overloaded, I’ll check into the settings.
