Nah, he's just focused, passionate, skillful and talented in this field. His way of thinking and decent enough memory helps. This is mostly out of both personal interest from personality and his biological advantages. Not to mention all the opportunities to which he has been given. It's not like he knows the secret of succeeding, it's just that most people do not invest that much energy and time into such topics. Especially not as exposed at a very young age. And that's a good thing.

Not all of those in the class understand his accent and maybe lesser still the clarity of his speech since he is still a kid. Indeed If I am a teacher I would encourage my students to asked a lots of questions dumb or not. It will boost the confidence and bring about ideas and also entertain the students which will in turn kill the boredom. Educational class should be lively, exciting, creative and lots of interaction needs to go on. A shy kids don't bring out their.problem and thus learn few while a kid who question a lot knows many thing so is the one who answer will learn new things.
