CrazyBurger did a series of videos for every evercade cart showing how well those games worked on the system. He agreed that the rear buttons are exceptionally awkward, and games with a vertical aspect ratio are difficult to play (unless you full screen stretch them which looks awful). His other complaint was for games which had small text, which was difficult to read on the tiny screen.
Yeah I had no issues besides the shoulder buttons especially considering the price Point
I’m loving my Taito version. Exciting to expand my cartridge collection.
Yeah me too , lots of evercade carts im looking at right now 😀👍👍
Koszulka z Goonies. Ja też chcę 😊
Can you use unlimited credits with the built-in arcade games? I seem to remember a video saying that wasn’t possible with the Taito version, which seems nutz 🥜
if that’s true, it’s only because taito arcade games didn’t have continues to begin with
I dont have the taito version so i cant say but its kinda irrelevant either way because you have save states you can use on the fly whenever
Can you add credits in the Capcom version pls?@@BastichB64K
Love you videos - especially the C64 stuff. Just one thing on this video - Hyper Mega Tech did not licence the Evercade stuff from Blaze - they are Blaze - just a separate piece of hardware they produced. It's essentially the same team as the Evercade that look after it.
Thx for the info 👍👍
That does look pretty cool, how would you say the battery is? Usually the only thing that turns me off handhelds!
The battery lasts about 4 hours + on one charge which is pretty good and rechargable with the usb provided
Great review. I'm loving my Taito version :-)
Yeah I wanna get that version too 😀👍
Neat device and seems very affordable... but not the preferable way to play point and click adventures like Future Wars on I guess. 😄👆
No not really but I got that pack for mainly Flashback & Another world 😂
@@BastichB64K Yeah, I thought so. Pretty awesome to be able to play those anywhere.
I guess if you are wanting to have the carts to swap out like the old days, it is cool. I’d rather just an SD card filled with all the 8 bit and arcade roms on the miyoo mini plus or similar. I understand the nostalgia for the carts though.
Yeah its simply an option , ive done the load up a million roms , spend all my time configuring things and never really playing anything to many times now 😂 I just want a simple no bother device because im old 😂👍
Yeah, totally understand. Setting up Retroarch all the time is a pain and having thousands of games to choose from is too much. I tend to only put games I want to play on my handheld. Especially after watching your videos and seeing the gameplay and remembering either liking the game or wanting to play the game. Cheers! Happy Holidays.

That is a handheld that I might want to buy.
Definitely worth it especially if you consider the price
Not for me but keeps the vibe alive.
👍
Is it too late to write to Santa?
Still time , Amazon 2 day delivery 😂
Have you been compensated for this video in any way (to include free games/hardware channel promotion or any other compensation)?
I don't mind if people I sub to make "sponsored" videos or even sponsored "reviews," but it also needs to be abundantly clear that you have been compensated, even if you promise to give an unbiased review.
Lol ... Of coarse not, I bought this all with my own money and my opinions are my own
@@BastichB64K You would be surprised at how many people review stuff they are paid to review and do not disclose it.
Glad to know you aren't one of them..
I've never done a sponsored video yet , I believe you have to disclose it with a sponsored logo when you upload the video to UA-cam and I would definitely mention that besides the fact . It's a cool little system especially for the price 🕹️👍
@@BastichB64K The thing I don't like about the evercade machines is how we're expected to pay again for games we have already paid for. Plus, you have to take each cart as a package and not ala-cart. So if there's 2 games you really like and haven't yet paid for, you have to buy a cartridge with a bunch of games on it you don't want or already have.
I would just MUCH rather spend my limited gaming dollars on the guys supporting our beloved obsolete consoles and computers like the C64. There are periods where you can think it's 1986 for all the good retrogames being released.
