Life manifest in many forms humans, animals, plants etc. Any animal can be domesticated, all present domesticated animals were once wild and by being around humans who nurture them over time they became tame and dependent on humans, if humans should go extinct all domesticated animals will revert to their natural state of being. So too if humans should loose all technology, we will revert to a state of survival from whence we developed over time. The truth is none of us can speak about life after "flesh drop", we can only speculate based on what we believe. So trying to define what happens after the dropping of flesh is going around in circle.
