Sir you are absolutely right, I used to be of 80 kgs and would feel lethargic throughout the day even when I didn't do anything. I started having back pain, knee pain, I would feel fatigue always. But after that I decided to change my lifestyle because it was really hampering my confidence too. Currently I am of around 57-58 kgs, I workout 6 days a week and do strength training too. Please those of you who are reading this, please devote sometime towards your fitness, you will see a lot of positive changes in long run, it will change your mind and make it more powerful. WHO says at least 150 minutes of working out in a week is necessary.... please fix a time and do it. All The Best.

I am also a UPSC aspirant with maths optional and doing my GS coaching as well. Still I have done a sub-4hr Marathon (42.195Km) after coming to Old Rajendra Nagar and run around 250 Km a month with proper diet and nutrition. It's all about how effective you are with your time management.
