Sir apki meri thinking 100% match karti ha i am a college going student and i am preparing for gate exam , but chahe khuch bhi ho me din me 2 ghante gym ke liye nikalta hu without fitness means yu just like a dead body , me bhi sabhi ko yehi bolta hu ki fitness life me bahut jyda imp ha .. gym is not waste of time and also yur diet is very imp diet gives yu discipline in life .. but nhi pata mere ye sab baat bakiyo ko phaltu ki lagti ha they think gymming is waste of time.. ab ye video me unko dikhaunga tab vho manenge..
