It's so cool hearing the voice actors of multiple languages. Scott McNeil's performance in the cartoon is so much fun, but after playing MM11, I honestly think Keith Silverstein is the best VA for Wily. His voice is so perfectly sinister and just the right amount of deranged.
I don't think Battle Network Wily should be here. It's not the same character. Also, I will never get over the fact that Wily is Char in 11. I love Keith Silverstein.

Scott McNeil (his Ruby Spears iteration anyway), is my favorite Dr. Wily voice.
