We have two pcv in series for cfb boiler startup vent. Upper is 45 degree globe valve. Most of the events it's stem bending takes place. Please help to solve this problem.

Must be check in initial means during shutdown conditions of stem if there is any some ° of inclination this will develop in large agle due to static pressure acting on it. If this problem is facing in your plant must be check there inclination and material of steam or whole valve that full fill all temperature and pressure criteria.
