Good to see you back, don't wait a year to return eh. Hmmm some similarities in us when you started your initial life history section. I didn't have the family issues though. Born 3 months early here, I had ear infections. I had testing for speech around grade 1. I have seasonal allergies. I have exercise induced asthma. I have ADHD, etc.

I have been experimenting with Vit D the last ~6 months. My doctor wouldn't test because of the cost but I take 5000 IU generally and honestly it really made me feel a bit better. I think I will increase it just to see, I've heard you can do large doses.
You can get 50,000 IU on Amazon for like $12
