Issue I'm having with these right now is finding a mounting box which fits the screws for this camera. Their mounting screws are unique and don't fit universal CCTV mounting boxes. You have any other solutions?

I have these 4K cameras. Is there any way of changing what the cameras record in? 8mp 5mp etc etc?

I want to put this in my living room but be able to change the settings and view the cameras on my PC upstairs, as well as stream to UA-cam. Is that possible with this?
You can view them on your PC. As for UA-cam not sure sorry.
My annke is locked to cam3 and will not change. I think it is stuffed. Only 3 yrs old?

I’ve just started setting up an 800 system and my setup screens are totally different and clunky. Annkes instructions are really poor

Hello, I've been solving a problem with Annke's support for a year now. I alerted them to the insufficient value of the record. New firmwares have a minimum value of 30 seconds, which is bad and nobody wants to deal with it. Another problem is with the sensitivity, even if I set the value to the minimum value of 20, it almost constantly uploads. The problem is both NVR and specific cameras....again, no one solves it for at least a year..... ONVIF camera support, picture, sound goes but does not record. ... again, Annke doesn't want to solve anything. The old firmware worked fine. No one can help with support, they just copy the same text over and over. ANNKE is a disastrous company that rebrands an unnamed company. The unnamed company is at least reacting in some way, which cannot be said about Annke. I've been installing this brand for years and I'm leaving for the amateurish approach.
Algorithm.
I have been using this brand for years and the last year when new firmware versions were released in NVR 8-16ch, everything is horrible after recording, the minimum value is 30 seconds, motion detection is at a minimum of 20, human vehicle detection is activated and the NVR is recording almost constantly. Technical support is a group of dilettantes who can't do anything at all. ANNKE's IT department is a complete waste.
I have used this brand for several years. And since a certain firmware version of the NVR recorder, I have been solving problems. With rok support, I solve several problems that these NVR devices have, and loop support corresponds to the same. Reluctance to solve anything. I am moving away from this brand because it totally ignores bugs in NVR firmwares and 3rd party camera support. Motion detection at the lowest sensitivity disaster. The manufacturer received a list of problems from me, to which he did not respond in any way. I recommend everyone to look for another brand. No one communicates with you, no one will give you company management. An absolute disaster. They tried to shut me up by offering me a free camera as compensation, but I was not concerned about the camera, but rather that I would not suffer financial damage and damage to my name. I do not recommend ANNKE.
