In ACOG guidelines,in 2nd hr value,it should be 155 mam
Values being 95,180,155,140

The values you're telling (95,180,155) is from carpenter and coustan group
Ma'am taught values given by IADPSG 92,180,153 (international association of diabetes in pregnancy study groups)
And 140 is the cut off point for dipsi guidelines (1 step screening)
