Damn Cuday youre a lifesaver T-T. I havent been able to switch my restarted account onto my current phone because of this dumb glitch but i got it now. Works the same on Android devices which is what im using (OnePlus to Samsung), just change your default keyboard language to English (US).

I also got this problem, it was a really weird experience. Basically what happened was:
1) tried logging, then tried all the fixes possible
2) contacted support (didn't help)
3) then I tried makinf new accounts till i got mk11 scorpion and at some point when I tried logging into a new account it acthally logged me into my actual account randomly which I thought lost forever
The support did mention the fact that this loading bug could be due to a temporary ban after abusing a glitch or smth. Hope this helped

Thank you it worked for me. It was the change of my language to English US. People need to find the default language on their phone and change it
YES it WORKED. tippy, if you have th device where your account was made you can go into its settings and check the country, will save time

Hey, I have an old IOS account with this issue. I dont have the original device and the account was from 2013 I believe. I've tried a variety doing this but it hasn't worked. I've never been outside the US and I only know English so it wouldn't make sense for my region to be anything other than US - English as I wouldn't be able to use the device otherwise. Any ideas what else I could do?

What is not working? If you mean your tree gets reset after you set it up
Make absolute certainty you don't use over 102 talent points. Any extras will cause an error and won't work.
@@Cuday that might be the problem it would always say your game is out of sync refresh and restart mk mobile app and then when I would restart my talents would all be reset

Keep trying different regions. Like I said in the video, you have the wrong one selected.

@@WOPONTOP The only reason behind the infinite loading is the wrong region. Many people have told me "My account was made in (X) region", but if it was, there wouldn't be infinite loading. You don't have to go anywhere for your accounts region to be set a certain way. The only solution is to test other regions until you find the right one. It's a phone setting, nothing else.

Who's here after logging out because of the new update tomorrow and now cant log back in. Wahoo!! 2 years of hard graft down the drain. Tried everything online I can find about changing languages and regions and still nothing. WB are next to useless when you ask them to fix it. 'weve sent your problem onto the appropriate department and development team for any future updates'. These are the sort of things that were around the 90's 😂 WB are a joke.

Try setting your Region and Keyboard to UK. And if that doesn't work, you need to try other countries. If you have a device with access to your account, go to your Diagnostic screen in MK Mobile through the settings and check what country it's linked to.

@@pokemon_leo1 you will need to try many other countries until you get the right one. this infinite loading is only because you don't have the right region to match the account. you will have to guess and keep trying until you get the right region.

@@Cudayyou are wrong about that mate, sorry to tell ya. Here's why: I can log in on my account on an Android device with Adreno GPU, but on Samsung A51 with mali GPU I can't log in. That's GPU problem, it's the same region, yet still can't log in unless I have the same exact phone with the same exact GPU model. That's a fact homie, pretty cool video.
