@@DWhitehouse-m7k Except for Wrexham being better in defence and being more creative in attack, but to be fair Rotherham dominated playing the ball through the middle with no idea what to do with it in the final third except to try to win a corner & hope to score a goal on a corner kick.
The ref- 27 free kicks given, 16 against Wrexham and only 11 against rotherham, so not giving Wrexham everything? but not a dirty game and 27 fouls given is a joke the ref did impact the game to much. Wrexham had more shots on target but most of the pressure in the final third came from Rotherham. We dont play like that at home though a lot more attacking at our place. Watching us away is a very stressful experiance most of the time and today was no different🥴. Good luck for the rest of the year
I can see why Rotherham might be disappointed not to get something out the game. We got the goal early and were pretty resolute at the back. We play completely different away, we know we’re not going to dominate possession away from home. You’ll be in for a shock when you come to the Racecourse though.

Indeed, Rotherham may dominate possession, yet they struggle to score goals. "A million times better," he claims, so why isn't Rotherham in the top 5 places?
Because "playing football" is creating chances in attack and in defence preventing chances from being created & keeping as many created out of goal as possible. These League 1 clubs think they're at a level where everyone should be playing pure Guardiola football. It's league 1, there are many ways to play this game. We are good at getting a result. I am a lifelong Wrexham and I have a ST at Bolton. I've watched countless teams change their game at Bolton against one of the best passing sides in the league. Stevenage last season managed by Evans, Exeter, Wigan... all caused Bolton big problems. Rotherham wont come to Bolton and try to match is at pure football I guarantee you that. If you want to be at the top of this league you have to be able to play against all systems... Rotherham didn't manage against Wrexham's system yeaterday, Bolton didn't manage v Wrexham in August either... or Peterborough and others... I'll tell you something else, we'll beat Rotherham at Wrexham as well and I dont fancy Bolton's chances at the Racecourse.
