Kristina you inspired me to begin my journey of healing in 2018 when I was 120 lbs. overweight and I began it with 30 days of raw vegan. BEST FEELING EVER! Now I have lost the weight and am predominantly plant based. This season I have started my own garden, so I am so happy to see you looking great and doing well. Although not strictly raw or vegan, I have large raw salads and my vegetable juices most days. When I do, I feel so energized and fulfilled. So, THANK YOU!

I'm raw vegan but most of it is in the form of smoothies in which I incorporate foraged veg plants alongside biodynamic veg brought from farmers market here in the UK. Fruits also includeded. I feel we are all here to learn from each other through shared experiences which you do with so much love from the heart and with so much passion.
