Thank you for posting this. My unit has been training bear crawls improperly and with no tension, however, this is how I've done it and I'm being belittled for such form. Thank you for posting such quality content.
First time doing them today for MAPS Performance & yes it’s challenging for sure! At times made me question if my form was fine, after Man! I was sweating lol
I started doing these 4 days ago. Try to do it for about 3 minutes total. Everything in my upper body has been sore the last couple days. Traps, lats, front and side delts, rhomboids, up into the sides of my neck. Such an amazing upper body work out.
I was living in South America,mo access to gym or weights,so I came up with a crawling exercise ( new to me,I thought I invented it),I do 4 sets of 1/8 mile each, but I do my sets past exhaustion and thus work ALL muscles, even my traps get some action.
Exercise instruction starts at 2:30
guitar19821 thanks
Thank You

An epiphany for me-the opposite antagonist turns into agonist. Hatha. Its non evil twin is the bird dog.
I needed this. Thanks
I remember doing these in bootcamp. I remember my lats being destroyed. I love this exercise.
Great instruction, thank you

Soreness means you overdid it, I try to remember that.
@@dogrescuer1321 soreness comes with working out....
knew there had to be more to it than just being on all fours crawling around. 👍
Very good!
Nice one👌

What if you do the holds with your fists?
Is there a supine bear crawl too?
That is referred to as a deadbug.
Wow! Buddy lol..a little too quick and eager to drop to those knees🤔Lol, let me stop...Good stuff though 😏
Good video, bear crawls suck tho
Not even close to a bear crawl at all! You have to have your but up duh! I have no idea where you guys learned this crap!
