I really appreciate all of the fine details in your unboxing. I love this bag (small tote) because of the short handles and of course the great quality. I have a pair of new Birkenstock Florida sandals in what’s called tobacco brown and it’s been hard finding a bag to match. My sandals literally look like the darker tones in the tile around your fireplace. So as I watched your video I was comparing the tones to your bag…lol. I loved your suggestion on the wristlet. I have a nylon small tote from Kate Spade called the Chelsea and I added a wristlet to my purchase and I love to pull it out for a quick errand run. I love the quality, price & functionality of a nice Dooney bag. I am still loving my Florentine mini satchel (black). Thank you Dawn 👜💖

Hi Dawn! I bought my 1st Dooney & Burke bags the end of last year. Those are cute bags and I like that yours has the handles along with the crossbody strap. I ordered 2 of the smaller crossbodys in Pebble leather & I don't like them because they're too deep and have no handle, so I'm gonna gift one of them. I did buy 2 Briana's also and they are cute. I bought a Florentine & the DB75. I'm happy with both. Handbag reviews are always fun!

I have the handle tote in both the beige monogram and the black. This style is actually my favorite of all my Dooneys, which at this point my collection equals 9 Dooneys. It's light weight in the pebble leather, roomy, easy to access your bag contents, and I love the way the handles are stationary instead of folding down. I plan to order it in the taupe as well! Great handbag!
I'm seeing this video late but wanted to tell you that I just saw on the website now they are on sale for Mothers Day at 179.00. It's too tempting ! I would love a white one or navy. I've never had a D & B before but admired the quality and the navy has always been my favorite.

I was also watching the 2.0 collection but thought those were too high for contemporary too. Currently carrying a 30+ year old black DB handbag which still looks new. No wear or tear and like you I try to carry small pouches to keep the interior clean. May I ask which site you use to sell your bags? Perfect size for travel and zipper areas are secure which I always look for in a handbag. I have success on my neighborhood buy/sell page, but the prices are pretty low there. Just thought I’d offer a few suggestions. The taupe Dooney is lovely! I tend to use it most in the spring and summer. Its not in my everyday bag rotation. I use my black one much more often. I’m still happy to have it though! I hope this helps. One of my first bags was a Dooney & Bourke and they are such a classic. Do you find that they're heavy after awhile? I've gotten so used to the quilted nylon bags from MZ Wallace that I'm not sure I could go back to leather although I love the look. Thanks Dawn. I always love your videos.
I totally understand. I have a Mz Wallace bag that I love!! I also love Longchamp Nylon bags. If it’s going to be a long day if schlepping my bag around ( like going sight seeing or to a museum) I’ll choose my Nylon Bag everytime! For day to day use I like a Leather bag. I’m a handbag lover, so I do switch bags around depending what I’m doing:)
This is one of the few brands I can find that still manufactures in America which is a huge plus for me. Customer service has gotten out of hand with TB, MK & Coach…and the quality of D&B still remains unchanged imo since I began collecting
