Negative experiences or influences in our lives can damage our basic trust or even cause it to disappear completely. The result can be lasting anxiety, mistrust and insecurity, as well as fears about connections and relationships, and even physical and mental health problems.
Basic trust is the foundation for confidence in oneself, self-esteem and the ability to love. It is free from fear and worry and allows us to achieve a state of inner emotional security and unshakeable trust in the world and in life.
This deeply healing music for meditation and/or sleep has been composed in healing frequencies our root and sacral chakra can resonate with. It is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our root and sacral chakras can resonate with, are 256 Hz for the root and 288 Hz for the sacral chakra.
Our Root Chakra is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and is of fundamental importance to our balance. A person with an open and healthy root chakra lives with a stable sense of security, grounding and deep trust. This person will feel safe and comfortable in his or her body and has developed an inner stability and security, regardless of changing and uncertain external circumstances.
Our Sacral Chakra is located in the pelvic area. It is responsible for movement, flow, care, pleasure, relationships, procreation and more. The Sacral Chakra is all about creating joy, happiness and loving connections. Its energy allows us to experience every moment as it is, in all its fullness. It allows us to let go and feel change and transformation.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 256Hz and 288Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 256 Hz + 288 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to these frequencies after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular chakra frequencies.

My traumas has really shaken the trust in myself, the universe, and even trusting unconditional love. Basic trust…oh thank you, Inner Lotus. THIS is the most fundamental, crucial piece. If Basic Trust is lacking, there no cornerstone for any of our other needs. I knew it already but this came up in my feed just when I’d been journaling about my recovery from severe complex trauma, a long journey since all the dissociated ‘material’ started to ‘come out from hiding’ nearly 10 years ago. And I was trying to put into words the thing I’ve glimpsed, the one thing that makes all the difference. And these were the words I was looking for. So, it was never instilled in me?
