Just changed my regular pain med patch and waiting for it to work. Come on! It will happen.... eventually. No vlog recap today because of it, sorry. Hope to back to my usual self soon.
I am a 68 year old widow that lives alone and now I am self isolating. When I got in bed last night I cried and wondered how I can continue to be alone. I found myself praying and praying for God to give my the strength. Calm came over me and I slept. My daughter is bringing me food late this afternoon and we will visit outside. My first human contact in a week. Give me strength Oh Lord.
Hello Frey Family, I’ve been a loyal follower of Mary and Peter for a few years. I need to ask every who believes in prayer to please pray with me. Last Wednesday my dad had a very scary incident while shopping in Target. Turns out he had a brain hemorrhage and had brain surgery last Thursday. He is not doing well. Please pray for his healing. Please pray for his doctors and nurses. Please pray for strength and peace for my mom, sister, niece, and brother in law. My family actually lives where Peter and Mary do in the Raleigh/Durham area, but I live in Ohio. I have been unable to travel down because of coronavirus. I am overwhelmed with guilt, stress, and fear. I’m turning here because I know this is a wonderful community. Please pray these things are Gods will. Thank you and be safe everyone. ❤️
Your purple tree is called a redbud. It’s my favorite tree! I think they are beautiful. I’m so glad you get to experience them now. 😊 My husband and I are catching up on your videos today. We just love you guys.🥰
Mary I hope you feel better, I too had problems with sickness today. Since I can not get to church pastor Frey you are the only church that I am getting. I thank God for you in this difficult time. Never give up, and God bless both of you.
at the end, Ollie was social distancing, LOL! glad you two are feeling better...baby steps. Thanks for the videos especially now! a connection with others!
The one area of your new home I really envy is your backyard. It is lovely, so peaceful. I would love to sit out there with my first cup of coffee in the mornings, watching and listening to the birds.
Grateful you are both looking and sounding better🙌 Animals are just the best companionship and so cute!! Praying you continue to improve and no more bugs.
So glad to see you both are doing better. Continuing to pray for both of you and your animals too. :) I'm doing my nebulizer as I watch. I too have self isolated. Only letting nurse visit and no one else. I don't feel lonely at the moment. I get to sit outside on my property and watch and listen to God's wonderful creation and His creatures. I phone friends to see how they're doing and enjoy the time spent chatting with them. This is a reminder for all to check in with those in isolation and let them know they're not forgotten. This season shall pass. Take time to pray and read God's word. Enjoy this special time of not being so busy with the hustle and bustle of life that you miss the small things life has to offer. Blessings to all and great big virtual hugs!
The restaurants in Canada are only doing delivery and take out now. Mary I hope you still continue to get stronger everyday. I can’t imagine how tough this is for you to have to stay home all the time and worry about catching this virus with having cf. Peter you are doing an amazing job taking care of Mary and everything else.
I think that’s a redbud tree, so pretty! Hope you feel better soon Mary! Y’all I’m a massage therapist who is out of work and I pray we can make it through!
I am so thankful to see both of you looking and feeling so much better. May G-d br praised! Your little London family are all OK. So far today I had a telephone PT appointment from the orthopædic hospital and our ballet teacher also sent us a modified Silver Swans ballet class (for the over 55’s) via the Vimeo platform, so after 40 minutes of gentle but hard work we’re both pooped! All the schools in England close for the foreseeable future tomorrow, except for the children of key workers, so our little grandson will get to stay in school as his Mum is an intensive care unit Sister (ward manager). Please keep safe guys and I promise to keep reporting in xxxxxxxxx
I so feel for you Mary. Nausea is easily one of the most frustrating symptoms of my POTS. Barely slept last night because of it. Glad to see your appetite coming back though. Stay strong and get well soon💙. That soup looks delicious.
What a rough ending to yesterday. I'm glad today's better then yesterday. The purple tree is gorgeous, what a peaceful place. It's great you're cooking Mary, the soup looks delicious, proud of your cooking job. I'm glad you feel better. Prayers as always! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓❤❤💜💜
The purple tree 6 broke it down and then when my brothers started cutting it down it was FULL of black flying ants. And they all started migrating into the house. YUCK!
first off, I had to laugh, ,"I was on my way to the bathroom... TO MY GRAVE!" Last big tummy illness my husband claimed I was bringing up food I had eaten last week "There is no way you ate that much no way!" Better soon I hope and yes, love that the animals are still on duty!
Kitty Mervine yeah our body doesn’t digest food well, body doesn’t digest food well. Depends on what it is. I had pasta and lettuce 🥬 in the morning and night time I vomited 🤮 it up not digest at all, came up whole.
Donna Gourgeois, People suggested that a year or so ago (or even a bag). Their 'system' must be what work's best for them. I personally use your system (or actually a disposable bag). I like to keep my life simple, and I don't want to do more laundry, when there are easy cheap alternatives!! :)
Planner Beautiful, She won't. We've had this same discussion over a year ago. It's just not their 'thing'. They obviously prefer taking care of things like they have been....and that's ok. Whatever floats their boat! (I am on the same page as you though! I'm a believer in keeping things as simple as possible.. :)
Mary, Peter thank you so much for these vlogs that you do because my day has been a mess and when you did the moment of peace i teared up because my day has just been wild because i've been worried about my friend so thank you for all that you do it means a lot to a lot of people.
I am so happy that you two are feeling so much better! I can not believe how adorable Ollie and Harry are! OMGoodness!!! Just love all of your little family! Continuing to pray for you and your family. Love you all!!! 💕💕💕🌈🌈🌈🌸🌸🌸🦋🦋🦋💐💐💐🍀🍀
Hi Mary and Peter missed you both had a lot going on in my life I moved and I lost my best friend of 17 years she wea my rock love you take care looking forward to seeing your videos again everyday I enjoy them so much I have quarteened my self for a while still this virus goes away..💖💖💖🌻🌻🌹🌹
So sorry you’re still not feeling well! Hope you start feeling better soon! One suggestion, and I hope this doesn’t offend you, after having three kids and going through many viruses I bought a small trash can with a bag in it at all times I keep in my closet so when one of them starts feeling sick I pull it out and keep it next to their bed so they can just grab it when they need to vomit and all I need to do is tie the bag, dispose of it, and throw another one in and it makes life so much easier! Just a thought as I’m not one to be able to always make it to the restroom when I’m sick! Good luck guys!!!! Love your furry babies, well one furry baby and Harry of course!
Here in Iowa restaurants and fast food are dine out only here too. No more than groups of 10 people gathered at a time. All gyms, schools, movie theaters, and similar places are closed.
It might be a good idea to keep a small pail/bucket next to you when you’re feeling sick so that if you get nauseous you won’t need to worry about throwing up on the way to the bathroom. It’s what I do for my son, who vomit multiple time whenever he gets sick, and it’s been so incredibly helpful.
Iam Mia, We've had a lengthy discussion about this about a year ago, when many such suggestions were made. They obviously feel their system works the best for them, and that's ok. I personally choose having a bag/bucket handy - to keep things simple, but that's just what works easiest for me too! :)
My son picked his buckets himself. One bright yellow, the other translucent with fish. He has complicated Crohn's with Duodenalstenoses. He had years when the passage from stomach to intestines just closed up yet he still kept behaving normally and eating his full measure - until two or three meals came up explosively during the night, almost not digested at all. Therefore TWO buckets ... Stay safe you all!😷🤗😷
I'm still there, in the tunnel vision, will it never end. I'm still waiting on my Corona virus test to come back. I'm still homebound but I don't feel like getting out anyway. Praying for you sweet Mary, you too Peter, my husband has to be my caregiver too, you guys rock.
Way to keep moving forward Frey Fam! Those purple trees mean Spring is here! I miss Redbud trees now that I’m on the West Coast- maybe a Redbud watercolor would be fun? 💕💕
if y’all need anything or any help with Ollie and Harry , i have a boarding kennel in North Raleigh. i left a comment when y’all were first moving . i would be more than glad to help out where i can . 🙏🏼 keeping y’all in my prayers !
Well good you're both looking better today! Thanks for the outside views, I'm still looking at 4 ft. of snow. I'll probably be looking at it for some time to come! Rofl. Ahhhhhh paradise
thanks for the laughs again!! Mary when you said "I didn't puke today, so that delineates a day" that just hit my tickle bone ha ha !!!!! So glad you guys are hanging in there, my prayers for you to "keep on pressin' on", Sending my love and hugs to the 4 of you, see you tomorrow!
Mary praying you feel better soon. You are such an inspiration and you just light up this World 💕 I never write on a vloggers page but you truly inspire me, thank you beautiful Angel on Earth 🌟
THANK- GOD for Peter 💞 I have been SANITIZING! SANITIZING! SANITIZING! I think I feel YUCKY ! just from cleaning ! There is 7 of us... 4 adults and 3 kids, 16,12,5... We are from Upstate NY Hoping speedy recovery 💞 UNTIL next time
So glad you are on the other side. It surely has been a struggle. Hoping we can begin to recover from this virus epidemic soon. Stay safe and enjoy the forced downtime. 🙏🏻💗😷
Headaches that make you nauseous are the WORST, nausea is the worst thing for me just because there isn't much I know of to do for it that works, and it's just miserable. Having what I suspect is mild emetiphobia doesn't help either.
It’s great to see you both getting better every day. Cos I have such a poor immune system my specialist told me I had to socially distance myself from all but “essential” ppl. So my carer’s Are the only ppl I will see 4x a day. Im just about to crawl into bed after my 1st full day of self isolation. I’m really anxious about wots happening around the world. 1 of my big worries(bar catching Coronavirus) is I’m going to get really bored. So if anyone has any ideas how I can stop me and my 2 dogs from going completely nuts i would appreciate it. As always sending you loads of hugs, love and prayers from me over here in England. 💙💪🏻🙏🏻💜
Ajay W, Bless your heart! I am in the U.S., but miss England SO much. My ex-in laws are in England, and it was always like my home away from home. Thanks for the memories! I have been getting a kick watching how celebrities are providing free little mini concerts on social media (to help entertain others). There was also a man who is online every day teaching an art class to kids. I wasn't interested in participating in their art class, but they showed kids sitting on couches in there home, getting ready for the class, with their pads of paper on their laps! So cute! What great people, trying to help out! It was refreshing to me, to see people reaching out to people to ease their stress. I know a bunch of High School students aren't able to participate in their school's end of year musical productions, due to COVID 19 school closures. Many are posting themselves singing some of the songs from their various productions on social media. When I became permanently disabled with chronic illness, I taught myself how to crochet (off of UA-cam). I have never made anything for myself, only donations from donated yarn. It helped distract me, and made me feel good to be doing something for someone else. I don't know your limitations, but do you do crossword puzzles, adult coloring or anything? Maybe to know your limitations if your are comfortable in sharing, or some things you are interested in, would help us with some good suggestions. Prayers, best wishes and positive vibes being sent your way!!! You made me smile, thinking about what I miss in England!. Thanks! 💞
were 1 full week into a near total lockdown in ireland but are being told the virus numbers usually dont hit till a week or two as more get tested which is scary.Up to a third of all workers are now being let go(hopefully temporary)and more to follow as I'm sure ireland will go total shutdown soon.So take care and follow the advice on distancing etc as like we were told the numbers hit by the virus stay low for the first bit then just explode like italy and now spain so stay safe and well you two
Mary you seem like you feel alittle better, Peter your a good man cleaning that up😝 just keep getting better Mary keep that soup down love and prayers always
I think that it is funny how when you are sick and your body craves a curtain taste or texture. Many years ago I had taken my 2 boys to S.D. for Thanks giving. I was sick with the GI bug and had been so sick for a few days. I woke up craving orange juice with a banana and ice blended like a shake. I drank it, and it was like magic elixir for my body😨. You looked feverish again Mary, I hope you find your magic elixir soon. Get well soon sweet girl. Much love❤ Stay strong and safe everyone!
Thanks for making this video for us and letting us know you're okay, it's good to see you looking a little better I pray that you will fully recover soon fully recover soon. love you guys I'm going to continue praying for both 🙏 💗😊💗
We totally understand that Parkinson’s husband, endometriosis me and my daughter is celebrating her 12 years with type 1 diabetes tomorrow. It just gets overwhelming. I love my sweaters 😃
Do you wipe down the take out containers when you pick up food? I've been doing that and not sure if it's overkill, but gives me some piece of mind.....
It's not overkill. We order in package units, so the single foodpacks inside are untouched since production. Unpack outside door. Cartonage to garbage. Handwashing. Packs into a large bag. Stow away. Handwashing again. Then let it sit there for two or three days and everything should be okay. If we use the content of a container immediately: Disinfection or better if possible (plastic, glass or metal containers): wash with water soap and brush. Dry with papertowels or towels that go directly into the daily laundry. Everything coming into contact outside is virtually dangerous: keys, doorknobs, handrails, garbage bins. Those either have to be washed or disinfected or not touched after handwashing. And get a routine for transition from outside to inside. Ours is: shoes off always in the same place, bags in always the same place, weather protection in always the same place - then handwashing, disinfection or washing of faucet, spraying and no further touching of main entrance door handle and keys and then everyday life ... Stay safe everyone!😷🤗😷
Hello.. Good news!! Your both have a 😃 😃at the end. Haha. So glad. Even though the crap is still there. I can tell it's going away some. I miss both of your smiles. Lol. Here they also closed restaurant dining rooms. Drive through or take out or curbside. I didn't know what curbside was till today...no one says that around here. Well they do now. You call restaurant order what you want, tell them what kind of car you will be pulling up in to come pick it up.park your car on the curb they come out to you with the food you pay them you get the food. May not be new to some people but I never heard of it. Many restaurants are doing that now here.
I can really feel the comment about the days are blurring together. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago so we have been staying home for the sake of healing and having a new baby. Now with the coronavirus taking over we are bunkered down in the house just her and I because my husband had to go back to work on the oil rigs for 2 weeks. No clue what day of the week it is and the time of day is irrelevant as well. Praying things calm down soon. I'm not sure I can do that last 5 weeks of my maternity leave stuck inside lol but glad you guys are feeling better!
Hi Guys , Mary you are sitting up and Peter you are looking so much better , so great + happy for you both. The tunnel , yup , I know exactly what you mean. Last year when I had the flu , some days were like I had blinders on , your whole field of vision seems missing , but not , weird , but you know. It is getting bad up here , they now have senior citizen shopping hours == I was at the store at 6 am ( it opened at 5:30 )and there were lines you could not believe possible. The good news is it paid off !! , I was able to get resupplied for the next several days. It it Tues/ Wed & Thrus. , I can of course go anytime , they are not making the elders go at those hours it is designed to make it easier , -- it was not -- just has food instead of making a wasted trip , like what happened yesterday , although it was not an entire waste == more later :) Thanks for the video , I am glad you are keeping us up to date. I just heard in the UK , Netflix is reducing video quality to save bandwidth in hopes of easing the strain on there internet system , I fear it is only a matter of time before we have similar issues . We are in challenging times, Take care , so great you both are feeling better. I still feel like I have a head cold , but sometimes not and sometimes I feel like its the flu , then not !! weird. Looks like I got carried away , thanks again take care, Gary
What day is it? I have no idea 🤷🏼♀️
I ask myself this question multiple times every day😊.
The Frey Life I’m so so sorry 😐 you went through all that 😞much needed soft hugs 🤗 love you guys 💜🙏🏼

Days of the week.....”Isolation Day” (I don’t EVEN know the real day lol).
He will ❤️ hang in there!!
God is there with you just talk to Him. Say “Hey what are we having for dinner.”
I feel the same way. I am a blind asthmatic living by myself and self isolating. I feel the same loneliness and dispair.
Deborah Bradshaw I will be your friend! I have to self isolate too. I have type one diabetes and I’m old.lol
The Adventures Of Suzy & Betty I will be your friend. I have to self isolate. It will be OK. Write to me anytime you want to chat.

Thank you guys for always having Ollie in the video when you can. We had to put down our old dog today. So I'm down.
💛💛
Sending love to you ❤️
Sorry for your loss. Cherish the happy memories.
Thank you guys. He was a suffering old man. So it was at the point where it was inhumane to keep him alive.

Happy to see you guys laughing. It's the best medicine..
I am praying for you both to continue to keep getting better. Love you both
So glad you are on the other side.
Feel you. Yes days are blurry all together. Love you guys Joanna
Thanks! 💞
Glad you guys are on the mend. 👍🏼💜💙
were 1 full week into a near total lockdown in ireland but are being told the virus numbers usually dont hit till a week or two as more get tested which is scary.Up to a third of all workers are now being let go(hopefully temporary)and more to follow as I'm sure ireland will go total shutdown soon.So take care and follow the advice on distancing etc as like we were told the numbers hit by the virus stay low for the first bit then just explode like italy and now spain so stay safe and well you two

It is great to see Mary in an upright position 🙂
Mary looks much better, blessings 🙏♥️
Woohoo she made soup! Good job!
Much love❤
Stay strong and safe everyone!
Prayers your way again. Get well soon.
Thanks for making this video for us and letting us know you're okay, it's good to see you looking a little better I pray that you will fully recover soon fully recover soon.

Peter you will have a crown for all that vomit you clean up. God bless you.
If we use the content of a container immediately:
Disinfection or better if possible (plastic, glass or metal containers): wash with water soap and brush.
Ours is: shoes off always in the same place, bags in always the same place, weather protection in always the same place
- then handwashing, disinfection or washing of faucet, spraying and no further touching of main entrance door handle and keys
and then everyday life ...
Stay safe everyone!😷🤗😷
Relax guys... Listen... Life we may think sometimes ain't fair but you need to keep moving. Everything else will fall in place, eventually.
I love corn and potato chowder but I can't get any potatoes right now - sold out!
zencat55, LOL! I've been craving a baked potato, and they were sold out here too. Now, I want one even more!! LOL!
Hello..
Continuing to pray for you both.
Ollie is busy social distancing 😀
The purple tree is called a Red Bud tree.
Soup looks wonderful! Get better!♥
