Another great video. You are one lucky man to have someone special beside you in the wood yard. Beautiful day for February and we are having 80 in North Fl and loving it. Thanks for sharing your yard with us.
Nice looking day in the woodyard. I’m sure it feels great to be back in the daily routine of creating inventory. I like that conveyor. I like the slower speed that you are running it at. As long as the wood is being cleared from the splitter it shouldn’t need to be ran any faster.
Good one. Lots done. Nice looking day there. We got another dusting of snow again last nite. How come ya had the 4 way on and not the 6 way, for the last couple of days. ?
Nice teamwork Rick and Doneeta! In my last video I showed your sticker going on my "Wall of Flame". I said you guys were in Georgia (for some reason I thought you were). I was promptly corrected by another viewer. Sorry... now I know you're in SC. I apologize for the error.
@@D.Anteck-xt5hz yeah most of there wood is for heating he actually does different sizes for differt ppl that requests that have been his clients several years,if you watch videos he's explained it several times, and they've blistering summers in south Carolina, that seasons it very good and fast
I know that you guys know best, but I have a question. Is there a reason to have the conveyor up so high that helps with loading the totes? It appears that the higher fall is letting more wood bounce on the totes onto the ground that you have to pick up. And will the wood feed itself onto the conveyor as you split rather than having to push each stick to save your arms and back? If you could just give your thought process sometime during your verbal intros or at the end, I would appreciate it. I ask with all due respect for your work. Thanks for your channel. I love to reminisce of when I split a lot of wood myself.
I adjusted the height cause I was trying to get the wood to hit in the middle of the 4 totes….. trying to load them evenly. I admit I’m learning as I go with the conveyor. Thanks for watching
You got something to make it easier the conveyor now if get something to get wood up to splitter you have it made at tree company we split and put on the ground but people came and picked up the wood open year round plus had a processor and a couple of double splitter straight and four way wedges on them plus the processor had a converyor and we would run into another one and make a big pile of wood hopefully it makes life a little bit easier on you two just watching people split wood once you do it it gets in your blood and your hooked watch people and it's amazing thanks for posting my friend
It does look like Rosie is enjoying the weather. Maybe you will get caught up on the wood in the woodyard that needs to become firewood. Have you in recent years ever been 100 percent cleared of wood to process?
If it wasn’t for the absence of leaves on the trees in the background I would think this video was filmed in May or June. Here it is early February and you guys are in T shirts, where’s winter, what gives?
Thanks rickie i appriciate the video, looked like i little pretty white oak went down the wolferidge too today

We both are very lucky. Have a great weekend
Amazing how much your production has gone up since getting the conveyor 👍I'm looking forward to your suggestion segments
Thanks

We generally run about 50%
I am so jealous of your weather. Wish I could be out there but high of 25 today and still lots of snow on the ground. Jeff
It’s been nice

I’m behind on watching. We will have to check it out. Thanks.
We definitely need to add a conveyor. Watching videos like this just make me want to go split!
Wife is in heaven. You definitely split more wood at a time
Your splits seem big for the common man.
Giving the customers what they asked for
Funny. I was just thinking that they were small. I guess it depends on who’s using the firewood.

the conveyor is defently a game changer..

No brakes. Morning and afternoons

Conveyors are sure nice. I don’t have a long one like that, but the one on my new Axis sure makes a difference from not having one at all.
I like the Axis. Thanks for watching
Hey Rick been following for awhile what size is your conveyor i missed you getting one. Looking to get one.
It’s a Wolfe Ridge 24’. It’s a game changer for us
Trying to convince my wife that's what we need.
@RickZimmerman-c1i I will be 64 in September. It helps us to save our bodies on wear and tear. It increases production

Not often. But a couple years ago I ran out of logs
@ Well if you do then it’s a well earned break

That’s the beauty of South Carolina weather. 70-75 this week. Next week might be 30-40.
