Record Number Of Workers Quitting Jobs
If a job can "let you go" for any reason without warning, then you should be able to quit without warning!
Good point!
they definitely dont give you two weeks notice before terminating you either! why would i give a 2 week notice for a job that can careless about me?
PREACH!!!
Absolutely! It's such a one-sided, archaic system.
Not always, with some company policies, if you don't give a full 2 weeks notice, you forfeit your PTO/vacation time.
Nothing is more liberating than quitting a job you don't like
More like stop the abuse from Corporate America! Treat an American employee like a human or go out of business in America!!!

Yet they couldn't have done it with out a hand out from.the government. That's the only reason they are doing this. They can't get evicted and don't pay rent but get free money. It's laziness. Burger King will be fine dummy. They will have that location back online in a week. The thing about minimum wage workers is they are easy to replace since they don't have to have skill to perform their task. That is why the pay is so low. You will learn.
Companies will get plenty of others. Its a good thing anyway, many people who don't have a job, now have a golden oppertunity. All thanks to the free market for creating new opportunities for people who quit thier job and got something better
@@randybobandy9828 - Exactly! It's shocking how so many people think entry-level positions should pay $20+/hr TO START (lol). As an example, fast food jobs, etc... were never designed to be livable wage jobs. Entry-level positions are for young people, entering the workforce, who have little to no work experience. After a few years, they gain exp and move onwards and upwards, either into a management position or into a higher-skilled job somewhere else. Entry-level positions were never meant to be career positions.

The WORST abuse in the workplace is knowing more than the so called "authority" and being told not to excercise good and proper instruction and practice. That same authority oppressing you through your wage, denying you deserved and earned promotion, simply because you don't appear to be "going with the flow" of ignorance. This is what we call ABUSE OF POWER and LACK OF USE OF GOOD AND PROPER KNOWLEDGE. For they know that if you got that promotion it would be a game changer for all and everyone would be better off in truth and in spirit. They can't be tyrannical if you are coming with Gods goodness. You would take the slaves out of slavery and release them from indebtedness of the oppressive workplace. All this is usually is brought to light by way of an audit.
